Went in to have my charge port looked at. I met a very pleasant employee who took my phone to have it looked at. I was expecting a huge tab but he simply told me it was due to a piece of lint and that it was free. While not much, this degree of honesty is very refreshing. Highly recommend.

Said they had the part & could fix it until I got there, then they didnt have the right part & could not fix it. Mind you, this is on 37th-41st street NW Rochester & we came from outskirts of SE Rochester just for that....

Be careful. Had them do $200 in repairs and then the screen they replaced went blank 1 day later and the phone hadn’t even been used yet. Brought it back and they claimed it had gotten wet. Told me warrant is void. It had never even been used yet. Stay away and use a company that stands by their repair work. Not a good experience.

I was sure my phone was a goner – and the folks at the Verizon store were so maxed out there were not able to help at all. They referred me to Fast Phone Repair who ran a diagnostic on my phone. Less than $100 later my phone was back up and running. They even checked in with me a week after the work was done to be sure that it was all good. I highly recommend.

I had a problem with my ipad port. The difficulty was quickly diagnosed and he was able to remove what was stuck in the port. Fixed it on the spot and no charge. Very grateful for such great service! I highly recommend uBreakiFix!

Replaced iPhone battery, had some problems, but tech fixed quickly with out additional cost. This is maybe the 5th-6th time I have used Fast Phone over several years, always prompt, fixed as scheduled, and alwys a fair price. Would not go anywhere else.

I have taken two phones in to have the screens replaced. Both times the service has been great, I got my phones back within an hour and I haven’t had any issues with either screens functionality since the repair. Definitely recommend Fast Phone Repair North Rochester’s location!

Stopped in to get a battery I purchased online installed, that battery, in typical online buying fashion was no good, they installed a new battery from their stock and I had a like new iPhone 7 within the hour.Actually it seems to hold up better in the cold weather than vegetation original battery did when new.

My phone was under extended warranty, but I did not want to send it in for replacement or deal with lost data/reloading apps on a new phone. These folks had the parts to repair my Samsun S6 -- they met the quoted price and completion time. Happy camper.

I put a 5 star so this could be seen but I GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR RATING. I went in to just get my charger port replaced I’ve never had issues with talking on the phone or just my phone in general just the charger port wasn’t working. I took it back to have them fix what they messed up and the guy did not believe me and had my phone to his mouth and his to his ear (how can he hear anything when he’s right there talking) I went outside and he could hear how it was messed up. I got my phone back and I’m assuming they just cleaned up my speaker and stuff because it works a little better but still not working. Would never recommend!!!

I assumed I was in the market for a new phone after the built-in camera on my phone cracked. A co-worker recommended I go to Fast Phone Repair (FPR) to look for a used/refurbished phone. The FPR staff pointed out they do have quality used phones, but also that they could fix the camera (contrary to what the manufacturer told me) for a reasonable price. It’s an older phone so they had to order the replacement parts, which only took a couple days in my case. Once the part was available, I couldn’t believe FPR was able to fix my phone/camera in a matter of minutes! Excellent service. Came in with an unknown issue with my old 1st gen Google Pixel. They were unable to fix it (so no charge) but explained everything well and then helped me pick out one of their used phones for sale. Overall a great experience, very helpful, and Id highly recommend coming here for phone repair and checking out their used phones.

My phones battery started to swell up and push my screen out of my phones case. I wanted to replace the battery, but because my phone is like most smart phones now a days it is hard to remove the battery without damaging the screen since you have to remove the screen. So I brought the phone to fast phone repair. They simply looked at the phone, and told me they would order the battery immediately and that if I brought it in the next day they would fix it in an hour or two. They werent wrong! It was a little more expensive than I would have liked ($90) but it wasnt an easy replacement because you had to take the phone apart. I was impressed and I would recommend you go to fast phone repair if you cant fix it yourself.

I thought my charging port was broken and turns out it was just dirty, they cleaned it out and I was gone within 5 minutes. They didn’t try to hustle me or anything. It was great.

The two associates were very informative and new exactly what was wrong with my phone. They had it repaired it on the spot withing 30 minutes. I informed them I was ready to purchase a newer phone from them because I really thought mine was dead. But your team was honest which saved me a few hundred dollars by repairing my phone instead of selling me a newer one. BTW: My son purchased this phone used from this Fast Phone Repair store about 5 years ago and gave it to me about 2 years ago. That is why I really thought it was beyond repair. Thanks. Just went there tonight after being at both Best Buy and Verizon. The other two places confirmed that yes, my microphone wasn’t working but they wanted to sell me a new phone. Fixed my iPhone8 screen twice in less than two months. Would’ve been 5 stars if there was any kind of warranty or limited guarantee beyond manufacturer defects - but I suppose that’s the risk you take when it’s 1/3 the price of anywhere else.
