Worst customer service experience. The price of their shirt less than 5 and increased 420 percent for only 3 colors. When I contacted them to get a price breakdown all I got was information I already knew. So I called Tanya up to get clarification and all she did was talk at me. When I asked to talk to someone else she hung up on me. When I tried calling back all I got was her. There are at least 3 other companies that are cheaper and give better customer service.

Bigcitysportswear went above and beyond on my shirts and hoodies for my company! They were professional and quick. They sent me a design review within a day of requesting my order and sent out the finished product within a week. Once my shirts and hoodies arrived I could not be happier with how they turned out! The quality of the product and service cannot be beat. I will continue to use them from now on for any of my companies needs. Thanks guys!

Shirts arrived very late (I had to call to find out that they didnt get in enough shirts for my order so the order was filled late despite the ship date confirmation) & they were printed wrong! The correct proof sheet was included with the shirts but apparently no one checked it? This is a huge disappointment! The kids didnt get their show shirts in time for our promotional event last week. The replacement order came in today. But the shirts looked terrible! There is a bleached out space where the logo is. It looks like they didnt clean the screen before doing the job. And the ink is streaky. These shirts are the worst Ive ever gotten from any company in the past 12 years. And they forgot to include an adult small. And 2 ladies extra large shirts were sent as ladies large instead. Wtaf?

Big City Sportswear did an outstanding job from start to finish. Beginning with the design approval process, they were efficient and accurate in making requested changes. Once the design was approved, they printed and shipped the shirts quickly! Will be using them again soon!

Big city sportswear’s website was one of the easiest sites to design t-shirts with. Also one of the few sites that offered youth sizes that could be ordered along with adult sizes. Their price was the lowest I found. Which made me worried about the quality of my design and the t-shirts. When I received the shirts I was very happy with the quality of both. The sizes are generous but I’d rather have them too big than too small for everyone. I ordered a variety of sizes from YL to 2XL. Very fast turnaround time and I used the free shipping. I will definitely use this company again. And recommend them to many people.

I can not recommend this company. We have placed three orders with them. The first and original order was great, the embroidery was excellent, the hoodie was of good quality, and it arrived on time. Since then, I have placed two reorders.First reorder - I went to the site and just simply hit the reorder button. Got the proof four days later and it was for a screen print. I chatted with customer service and they blamed me for expecting a reorder to be a simple request and pushed back my delivery date because the proof was wrong, which was their mistake, not mine. I will give them credit and say that they did attempt to correct the issue by shipping it I believe that day or the next. So, okay, I’ll give them another shot. They told me to contact them directly next time to avoid confusion.Second reorder - I sent an email requesting a reorder as instructed, didn’t hear back from them, so I chatted with them again. I didn’t indicate a delivery date in my email but stated in my chat that we needed them quickly so she offered critical priority shipping. I said “That works” and she said I should see it by 8/4. She sent the invoice, I sent the payment before their “days” switch over and expected all to be fine. I received my proof, it was good, still thinking everything is fine and on track. August 5th rolls around, no hoodies, so I email and ask when they are shipping. She responds with the “original invoice” that says there’s a due date of 8/11 so they won’t ship until 8/9. We paid for critical priority shipping and the timeline they have us on indicates that she put this order in as a standard order with free shipping which is again their fault. I should not be expected as a customer to catch their mistakes. I responded to the latest email that I asked for critical priority shipping and sent the chat transcripts as well. I have not heard back.I have never had such a frustrating experience with any of the companies I’ve ordered from before and genuinely do not understand how something as simple as a reorder could be so complicated, especially when I did exactly as I was told to do the second time around. We have taken our business back to the company we used prior and will not be returning to Big City Sportswear.UPDATE - We were contacted by Heather and she was very apologetic and assisted us in getting our order almost immediately which was much appreciated.

Big City took care of a order for custom hoodies for my organization. The design process was super easy and the turnaround time was excellent. But there is always a concern about quality when ordering clothing online.No worries here! This is not “iron on” decals. This quality of the work as well as the hoodie is first class. The price was right in line with what we wanted to pay.The attention to detail concerning keeping me in the loop for the progress of manufacturing was a great touch. Order shirts online (had order in-store last year and felt comfortable to do so online. Had thick Carhartt jackets embroidered-came out AMAZING!) and they were delivered when they had estimated. When they arrived there were a few logos that did not get a layer of printing, with machines or any business there will always be unexpecteds. But they resolved the unexpected errors in one small, 5-minute visit. I brought the shirts in (Im sure they would have taken care of over the phone or online, but were local). Customer service rep at counter took care of them at no charge and the replacements were shipped to my door, free of charge and in a timely fashion! In the end, the shirts came out better than expected! Will continue to do business here!!

Best customer service and managerial experience to date. Any issues I’ve had was dealt with and turn around rate is very fast and dependable. If any issues do arise their customer service department will track down and walk you through step by step. Need help on fabric selection, they have someone . Need help with designing or more in-depth placement of designs they have someone to help you through the entire process. I recommend BCS.

Down below was my previous experience with the company, after being brought to the attention of a manager like I requested multiple times to a customer service representative, most of my issues were resolved very easily and the company did what they could to make it right. While although I don’t think I should have had to jump through as many hoops to get it handled, it was handled and redeemed. The manager Heather did an excellent job handling the issue and taking care of my concerns and I appreciate her help..5 stars, maybe. This was my second order placed with this company and although I was very pleased with my first order. The second order had a big mess up, that the company is basically telling me to kick rocks on. I spent over $1,000 on hoodies, sweaters, and tshirts. Some of the hoodies had completely inaccurate representation on the website VS. what they sent. On the proof paper that they send with the order it says, “If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will make it right”. They obviously don’t take this seriously, nor do they stand behind their word. I don’t think this issue is worth losing a customer that would have definitely made more orders for years to come. This company is a joke and the sales representative Tanya is very rude and is downplaying the issue like I should just be okay with it.

My wife and I were very excited to receive our shirts for our event. It was shipped late but we still didn’t mind because we felt the wait would be worth it. The printing label was printed to be shipped to my neighbors house even though my correct address was on my receipt and was confirmed with the company. Yet the ups printing label was addressed my my neighbor across the street. It created a issue with my postal carrier, when it turned out to be the company’s fault. Additionally, the shirts are ruined. The pan ones arrived ripped off the shirt and these shirt are no longer valuable due to the way that they arrived damage. I’m am deeply saddened by the whole event and wish I would did my research before I chose this company. I really let my company and my wife down for reliving on Bigsportswear. Now I am out nearly 300 dollars for merchandise that not useable. Please don’t waste your money....this is unacceptable.

My wife and I ordered some custom T-Shirts for our reunion from Big City about a month ago. Customer service was decent while we were getting ready to order and the price was great but oh god, do you get what you pay for here! The colors of the print were extremely off from what was originally submitted. It looks like a cheap digital print and not a proper screen print. As if that were not bad enough, the prints on a few of the shirts are starting to peel after the FIRST WASH! Who knows how long the others will last. The also smelled strongly of vinegar upon receiving them but that went away after washing once. 100% Satisfaction guaranteed my eye! weve emailed customer service several times over the past week and called to no avail (it just kept ringing and ringing endlessly). I guess we will just take it as a lesson learned, go with someone else next time even if the price is a bit more. Thanks for nothing Big City.

Was given Big Citys number by a vendor I do business with. I was in dire needs of masks for my Healthcare Operations. I spoke with Anna D. and she was very helpful and got my order placed within 10 mins. In less than 14 hours I received confirmation of shipping. Very easy & painless process. Update....attached are pics ....one when shirt was bought....and one literally less than 2 months later with most of the shoe print ALREADY worn off .....terrible print quality!!!I was excited to order some custom shirts for a friends business .....we were selling shirts to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the shirts and now I have several women upset as the ladies Gildan softstyle shirts run super small, not just a bit small,but obnoxiously small ......ordered 20 of these and not a single one of the women who bought them were pleased. Customer service was unable to compensate or replace, basically passing the blame to the shirt manufacturer. Well, if these shirts run so small, maybe disclose that on your website. Many other issues with the shirts as well. Ive had my shirt less than 2 months and the screen-printing is already starting to wear and peel. Others have complained of this as well and print was not centered on several shirts too. All in all not a pleasant buying experience. Contacted customer service a week ago to discuss my issues and he said hed follow up. Never called back, so contacted again today. I suppose, I should have known better and just placed the order at a local t-shirt shop that stands behind the products they sell!!!!

I still have not recieved the order or the check to reimburse me yet. It has been two months of going back and forth trying to collect a refund. I then ordered more of the same thing in somewhat of a rush, but they assured me it would be here on time. It ended up not getting here by my guaranteed delivery date (off by 6 days, which isn’t even close), but the customer service staff was very friendly and understanding. They promptly refunded my money, no questions asked.So, if you aren’t in a rush, it’s a great company with good customer service.
