One of the best (if not the best!) ice cream shops in Rochester. They have amazing assortments of flavors. You can choose 3 different flavors for $6. Scoop size is quite generous. Definitely going back there for tasting more flavors!

Amazing soft cream custard here! Very milkey flavor. Small was just enough for 2 $3.95. Lot’s of yummy treats here including home made pies and hard ice cream. Only ice cream shop on Park Ave now! We tried mint and vanilla custard twist and it was magical best in ROC. Surprised to see many seasonal pumpkin flavors including a non-dairy version! Pumpkin custard would be awesome hopefully they’ll make it?? Coffee and tea is also available. Outside seating is available but only chairs no tables.

I made my own sundae with chocolate ice cream, peanut butter sauce, hot fudge and Spanish peanuts!! So good and the portion size was good. Will definitely come for ice cream again!!!

Love this place! We went recently to pick up a couple cartons of their delicious ice cream. It was very busy, and although masks were thankfully still required indoors, there were far too many people clustered together outside without masks on and eating. Even though most of the adults are probably vaccinated now, this feels like an unnecessary risk with the variants still circulating and children unvaccinated. We were very glad we hadnt planned to stay, and that taking a couple cartons to go was simple. Thankfully the line inside moved quickly, and the young man at the register was friendly and helpful. We got Oatmeal Scotchie, Smore, and Snapdragon, and they were all delicious! As a suggestion, I wonder if PFD could encourage customers to return to buy cartons instead of cones/dishes with a punch card? Like 15 cartons and the 16th is free? Maybe this would help reduce the crowding at the entrance. Thank you for still requiring masks indoors.

Great shop nestled in a prime location on Park Ave with a good selection of quality dairy products. The best milk Ive ever had in classic, returnable glass containers. The chocolate milk is creamy, rich, and similar to what I imagine they serve in heaven.

The ice cream is extremely yummy! Great choices, the waffle cones are delicious. Highly recommend the coffee ice and chocolate ice cream. The frozen custard is great! Nice place- great atmosphere!

Friendly staff with amazing ice cream choices. If you are in the Rochester area, Pittsford Dairy is the place to go. Also worth it if you dont have time to get to their main location.

Always tasty ice cream and this place is obviously a hit due to the line out the door. But the line moves fast and the staff is very helpful and pleasant to work with. Its summer... Go!

Be aware they do not have VEGAN Ice cream even though they advertise as so. They might tell you they do but your stomach will let you know it is not VEGAN.

This is the best ice cream in Rochester as well as having a cute store to by all sort of local products. I recommend the lemon Blueberry, its amazing.

This place is super cute and the ice cream, baked goods and coffee are amazing! They carry fingerlakes coffee and other local goods. They have the best chocolate milk in Rochester! This location doesnt offer breakfast sandwiches but hopefully they might in the future.

Love the milk from pittsford dairy and the location is convenient on my way home from work. I just wish they carried the half gallon half and half like the original locations does.

Yuck! I got a flavor called toasted marshmallow and it just tasted burnt. Like they made a burnt caramel flavor but just burned the heck out of it. My wifes ice cream was a little better but very icy.
