I had an absolutely amazing experience shopping and purchasing an engagement ring from Karla. Karla was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy for a sale. The store had a wide variety of jewelry to choose from in a wide range of prices. I never felt like I was being pressured into a sale or to get something that wasnt exactly what I had in mind. In the end I was able to get a stunning engagement ring that my fiance loves!

I went to Karla to check out some rings and she was so helpful! Even offered to clean my current ring! I’ve never seen it shine like that; not even when I bought it! She listened to what I liked and what I didn’t and did not push anything on my that wasn’t my style. Karla is so easy to work with and she has soooo much knowledge about diamond quality! Would highly recommend this store over any large jewelry chain.

I have struggled to find earrings for years that dont make my ears burn and swell due to a metal allergy. I bought the cutest studs from KD Fine Jewelers and ended up with a pair of earrings I can wear at all times without any problem. I love the earrings and I love that they were affordable as well!! I will definitely be returning to KD for more jewelry!

I brought my wedding set from another retailer to KD Fine Jewelers to solder the set together. The staff were able to solder it together in less than a day and cleaned the set and made it look brand new. The soldering is really professionally done.

They are just wonderful! Had my ring back in under a week! They even fixed up husbands ring. Definitely wont go anywhere but KD! From resizing and cleaning!

KD did an awful job soldering my wedding rings together. Noticeable defects on the shoulder of the ring, underside was done poorly with less than quality craftsmanship. I took it to 2 more jewelers after I picked it up from KD and both jewelers said it would never be the same ring, should not have been soldered like that, and really couldn’t believe seeing something like this.I spent $89 getting KD’s poor work repaired somewhere else. Wish I could post photos, but just know what you are agreeing to when you take them precious jewelry!

Awesome experience! When I stopped in to have a couple rings repaired, I was greeted by a friendly person in a pleasant environment. My repair was completed quickly and professionally. While waiting, I was offered a beverage while I engaged in fun conversation with the employees and looked at their beautiful jewelry! After our normal jeweler no longer is performing work in-house we decided to stop by Bernies one Saturday afternoon and we were greeted by a very knowledgeable and nice young lady. Last spring, I wanted to resize and thin the band of my engagement ring (purchased from an out-of-state jeweler). After researching the options in town, I decided to go with Bernies and was very pleased with the process and results. They did exactly what I asked and the staff were knowledgable and friendly. Bernies is my first and only stop when it comes to buying jewelry. Ive done business there for years and have always been impressed with what I buy, the knowledge of the staff, and their customer service. Before I proposed to my now wife, I went to Carole to get her recommendations as to what engagement and wedding rings. She directed my attention to a ring that is still the most beautiful ring Ive ever seen. Not long before the wedding Bernies saved the day because I was so caught up in wedding planning that I forgot about Julie’s wedding gift. Carole suggested a string of ivory pearls to match Julie’s dress. Carole showed me a strand of pearls that were stunning and very affordable...and were a big hit with my bride. Recently, I bought a terrific Citizen Eco-Drive watch that is stylish and durable. I highly recommend Bernies because you not only get just what youre looking for but they take good care of you!

Dont sell your gold here. They give the lowest price in town. I actually had a better offer at a pawn shop. I eventually sold my gold item to a coin shop for around $900, Bernies offers around $150 for the same item. Glad I shopped around.

Best one-stop shop for all your jewelry needs!  They have a good selection of jewelry in the display cases, but its the custom design work that makes Bernies stand out.  Friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and creative ... if you come in with an idea for a ring, pendant, earrings, etc. then the staff at Bernies will work with you to get every detail just right.  Their master jeweler is a genius when it come to making one-of-a-kind works of art.  Plus, when you buy jewelry at Bernies, whether custom-made or not, they will write an appraisal of it for free.Also, Bernies does jewelry repairs and modifications, including some rather difficult repairs by the same genius jeweler.  They fixed my grandfathers silver ring that had gotten seriously bent.  Last week I brought in a pair of dangle earrings I inherited from my grandmother to get the hooks changed to posts since I highly prefer posts (hooks are not my friends), and the earrings look great now and are more comfortable for me to wear.  If you need a ring re-sized, Bernies does good work on those, too.  They sized up my parents matching wedding rings which have an engraved repeating cross-hatched pattern all around, and we cant tell where they added metal because the pattern still looks flawless -- but the jeweler definitely did the work because the rings had been too tight and now they fit properly!  I should mention, too, that when you buy a ring from Bernies, the first sizing is free.  The turnaround time for repairs and sizings is pretty fast, sometimes even ready for pickup the very next day.  They can even do some things while-you-wait, like replacing watch batteries or adding/subtracting links from watch bands.  In fact, Bernies is the best place for all your watch needs now that Watch Doctor downtown is sadly no longer around.  As if all that isnt enough, if you want your jewelry cleaned up and polished to a sparkle, theyll do that while-you-wait, too, FOR FREE!!  (In reasonable quantities, not your entire collection all at once, haha, they said.)Bernies also buys gold, silver, and diamonds. If you are selling them something, they will give you extra $$$ for it if you trade it in toward the purchase of jewelry or repairs. I found that out when I traded in some old broken gold earrings I never really liked on the same day I brought in my grandmothers dangle earrings to be modified ... a nice surprise!Overall, Bernies has THE BEST customer service! They will definitely go the extra mile for you. Skip the mall and get better-quality jewelry for a reasonable price at Bernies.

Ive purchased a number of things from them over the years and have been very happy with each experience. When my wife inherited some family heirloom jewelry that needed some minor repairs, Bernies was naturally where we went. We started with some pearl earrings that needed the grooves re-cut in one of the posts. The employee said it was a minor job that could be accomplished quickly and at minimal expense. We left the earrings with them on Nov 4th. After not hearing back from them for two weeks, we stopped in on the 18th to inquire. The employee that day could not locate the earrings after searching the back rooms and said we would get a call on Monday the 20th. When we did not get a call, we stopped in on the 25th. This employee also searched the desks in front and located the earrings in a Tupperware container on a desk. Nothing had been done. They do not have a tracking system to know who has custody of items or the status of repairs. We lost our confidence in them and are taking our repair work elsewhere.

Not so smart. I called down here and asked if they could service a kinetic watch (and explained that it does NOT use a battery, blah, blah) and they told me they could put a new battery in. Um....hello? it does not use a battery! next time, just say Sorry, we are unable to service your watch. ...because the lady I talked to sounded like a complete idiot for offering a new battery... hmm...

I am very unpleased with this place! I had a serious emergency where I was unable to contact anyone and the stones that my dad had given to me were scraped so they say. But they cant tell me where the stones went...what happened to them. VERY UPSET!
