The installer was early and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing along the way, no surprises. We are in love with our new front doors!

We ordered a new sliding patio door to replace a center-hung door. The workers were on time, friendly, very professional (including following pandemic guidelines), and had the job done in 3 hours. They did a pretty decent job of cleaning up the work site as well.Door looks great and works well. Its nice to be able to stand next to it and not feel the wind blowing in, esp in March!

Salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and not pushy. Instalation crew was excellent. Very professional and did excellent work. Very happy with the windows and door they installed. Will use again to do the rest of my home.

I contacted Pella as I am replacing a sliding glass patio door. Not an insignificant project to me, but must be too small for them to care about! I scheduled an apt to have someone come out and estimate the project. They (Pella) call 2 days in advance to confirm the apt. THEN, NO SHOW NO CALL. No one showed up and they have not had the professionalism to call and apologize for the no show. I am moving on. Several other reputable companies out there to do business with.

Sales rep, installation team and the physical door are/were all great! Scheduling person, not good at all.

Heather was great; we discussed the details of the job and gave me great information, she was quick with a quote. We have decided not to move forward with our project at this time. But we would consider Pella when we move forward.

Although my experience with my sales representative was excellent; professional, knowledgeable and kind, once the sale was completed nothing went well. I have hired Pella two times in the last two years. The first job was to replace 13 windows in my home. The second which was just completed was to replace a set of patio doors, replace a storm door and to install a double window following an act of vandalism when a rock was thrown threw a window into my home. The installation process for both jobs was disastrous. I never should have used Pella the second time but convinced myself the initial problems were the exception. The installation process included multiple reschedulings, workers arriving with incorrect or broken materials, workmen arriving with incorrect information about the job etc. the job just completed last week ( 3/10/21) was signed off on in October of 2020. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for doors and windows go anywhere other than Pella

Parents ordered a high quality door and an inferior one was installed. They paid over $5k for this door and install. They have not refunded money or fixed the problem. Door didnt fit so they cut wood and put it in. It looks like this was their first install as there are blemishes everywhere. The rubber surrounding was supposed to match and not be a contrasting black. I can keep going but Ill let the pictures speak for themselves. I recommend anyone else but this company.

Replaced a very large picture window with Pella. The sales rep, Pat, and the install team were great to work with. The quality of the window is excellent and the install job was well done.

Got an auto reply about a future appointment, then didnt hear anything. I understand window companies are backed up right now but some sort of communication would have been nice. Posting 1 week after initial contact and auto-reply. Looking elsewhere...

Called, talk to the receptionist, explained my situation, having just moved here from Wa. State, purchased a home, and the slider door to the back patio was not working properly, and understood that PELLA WINDOWS has a great reputation of standing behind their product.Well..... not this time, after the explanation I was asked to hold for just a minute and 28min and 43 sec. later, I HUNG UP . I think I held on long enough, and figured they didnt want my business or they were not going to help me FIX THE PROBLEM ! ((I do hope someone from Pella Windows reads this... if so and you want to reach out to correct the problem... your receptionist has my phone number)).

Pella replaced my front door and screen door. Additionally they replaced my security door into the garage.

Unable to secure quote.

My new storm door was professionally installed on time and and by obvious experts. Its a great door and I am very pleased.
