A True Gift Shop with something for everyone. Very clean and well displayed, lots and lots to look at from funky socks, coffee, candy, jellies, cards, purses, jewelry. Its not hard to find something for yourself or family and friends. My daughters and I enjoyed shopping there.

Fun place to shop and wander around. Lots of novelty stuff that is great for gift giving (or for yourself). I really liked their coffee selection and they had some free samples to try before buying but they will also let you smell the beans if it’s one that isn’t brewed. The coffee guy was very helpful. Always find great stuff here and everyone is very nice. Love the style and sense of humor of the store. Something for everyone, young and old!

This store is so amazing. It’s cute, their selection is wonderful, and the staff are so sweet. I highly recommend checking it out! The parking can be deceiving at first, the parking is actually behind the building which is wonderful so you don’t need to park on street.

This store is a must visit every time I was home over the past 20+ years and have had a wonderful experience every time. I moved back to the area about a month ago and finally had time to stop by this weekend. Of the several items I purchased I found 2 of them to be unacceptable enough to return (which was a first!). 1 was a Mackenzie - Childs letter mug, which was wrapped, not had painted and stunk and the other was a Crystal sun catcher that said it contained an amethyst but there was not one to be found. When I went to return the items it was almost like I was bothering the manager that did the return. She explained normally I cant return a MC item when the MC store is closed (due to lack of staff). The way I see it, its all under the umbrella of Parkleigh (as makes on the doors) and as a way to still maintain cohesiveness in the customer experience, should allow returns in either location of any product w/o a lecture of when I can and can not return an item. Anyway, the vibe was not good; totally diff from my visit in April, which was amazing. On the fence about returning and leaning heavily towards not.

Parkleigh is a lovely Boutique. This beautifully displayed and stocked store is full of gift ideas, Treasures, skin care and so much more. Wander from room to room in what is a much bigger space than you can tell from outside. If youre looking for a specialty gift or something to pamper yourself with this Pleasant spot is a great stop to Simply browse and enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful and offered a sample of their delicious banana coffee which was like banana bread in a coffee form. Definitely recommend shopping here for a unique and pleasant experience.

It was our 1st time there and it wont be our last!! The food is absolutely delicious!! The staff were very friendly & helpful!! With the pandemic, there werent many people there.I do have to say there isnt much parking. With the snow in big banks, it was hard to get to the sidewalk then to Parkleigh, especially for older people! The banks were packed solid with no way to get thru.Its great that the food was the BEST!

Lol when the sign says masks must be over your nose at all times, but then the same signs says make “sniffing... quick” — but then still getting scolded when you smell something. Makes no sense, at least be consistent.

Parkleigh is always a fun place to walk into with absolutely no intention of purchasing anything yet walking out having spent at least a third of your paycheck. And I love the Rochester-themed merchandise.

Absolutely LOVE coming to Parkleigh. I always find something new and unique. Its one of the best shops in Rochester. From the novelties, the jewelry, the gourmet food items and so much more. They even have the best cards hands down. I was in Parkleigh 4 months ago and these soaps werent in stock and now they are and I need them all!!

Quite possibly the best gift shop in the town. A perfect stop for souvenirs. The place to to when you need a gift for someone who might just have everything - or someone you dont know well. From t-shirts to coffee beans, jewelry, chocolates, accessories, candles and handmade soap, greeting cards (of course), stationery - youll find something that would work for the boss, the inlaws or really anyone for that matter.

Good selection of knick knacks for small gift ideas. 2 stars as I did not appreciate being told I had to sanitize hands before walking in. Obviously we support wearing masks but mandating using hand sanitizer is over the top. They do not recognize people may have skin conditions that dont jive with sanitizer. Wish they were more inclusive.

While I didnt shop there or stop in to any of the stores, there are; however, great wall murals which were great photo ops.😉

I had forgotten how fun it was to shop and explore all of the unique items. At Parkleigh I picked out a few things, they boxed them, added some ribbon and I was all set! A great time, the only thing that would have made it better, is if I had a latte in my hand! lol everyone should put them on their list for gifts!

This is my favorite store in Rochester. Handmade sweets and unique jewelery are my favorite. Theres plenty of childrens gifts too. I can easily spend an hour looking at everything.

I LOVE this place! It has special, unique items you will not find anywhere else. One of my favorites is their vanilla bean black tea. I have never found it anywhere else. It is delicious! Yes, it is a little pricey but completely worth it!

Ive been shopping for co-workers birthday gifts for some time here I usually love the experience. Today was a bit different. Maybe some diversity training or bring back the extremely nice people who are open to showing you products and willing to upsell

WORST STORE EVER!!! The staff are incredibly rude and cliquey. They are very rude. The staff would judge what I was wearing and didnt even try to help me. EVERYTHING they sell can be found somewhere else. There is nothing unique.....Ive seen the same stuff at 12 other stores around Rochester. I will never shop here again.

You could spend a lot of time browsing this shop. So many items, great place to buy cute or funny gifts, bath and beauty products, kitchen and cooking products, greeting cards, and so much more. Definitely worth a stop, and worth finding street parking if the lot is full.

This has got to be the coolest store in Rochester! They have all kinds of useful..and useless stuff.. but all of it is absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, the selection is undescribable and all I can say is that you just need to go and hang out at Parkleigh and see what this place is all about! Be prepared to spend money... there is no way you can walk out of thos store without buying something!

This is thee best store on park ave. So many beautiful things in this store. By far the best graphic sock selection in all of Rochester. They literally have hundreds of different pairs. A tad pricey but for good reason. They have great gifts, but everything is rather pricey. In other news, the socks with swear words are now covered with cute little signs that say dirty socks. Get a coffee sample, reg or decade, always fun flavors-whole beans are available for purchase.

If you are looking for a unique gift, this is the place to go. Fantastic section designated for skin/hair care. Even a candy section on the center of the store. It does have a parking lot but at busy times it can be full and parking on-street could be a problem.
