I walked in to purchase a wedding ring, and was treated like a second class citizen. The girl who helped me, just pointed me to the display case and rudely said thats all we got and then walked away. I looked and actually saw one I was very interested in. After waiting around for 10 minutes while the employees discussed their weekend plans. I will not recommend Zales to anyone, unless you want to be disrespected. Classless.

Do NOT purchase from Zales. My husband bought me a sweet little $74 ring for Christmas. It is my ring size but because the band is so thin I need a size up. Zales told me we’d have to pay $50 to have it re-sized, the only way they will exchange is if you have a warranty. And even then they will only exchange if they have returned stock in the correct size at the store. Other than that you just have to return it which is exactly what we’ll be doing. There’s no reality where we’re paying more than half the value of the ring to have it sized, and I have no idea why they’d rather lose the entire sale altogether rather than exchange it. Just a reminder to always always shop local. Big box is not the way to go.

Kim at the Zales in Greece Ridge Mall was the most pleasant jeweler Ive ever delt with. My wedding set was from Zales, so when my husband gifted me with my choice of an anniversary band, I went back. Kim was so sweet and genuinely cared about the stories I shared about my marriage and events going on in our lives. My ring is absolutely stunning, but she made it more than a purchase. She made it a meaningful experience!

Called corporate office spoke with a representative from the company and they said that they would call me back 😡 its been a week. They lost my lay a way cant find it now Im supposed to do business with them. Dont waste your money

Cant find my layaway that I purchased on 12-22-18. They dont hqve anything on their computer but I have by bank statement shows I paid them. Dont do business with them.
