Our experience with Frontier Glass was not positive at all. After installing glass in our master bath shower, a few years later, they would not repair it. Huh? We fully expected to pay for the work, and were very surprised that they didnt service or repair their own work. What does that say?

Fantastic service. Frontier glass employee was a perfectionist. He trimmed the gasket, adjusted the shower enclosure to fix the problem and installed silicone gasket to keep door overlap from happening again. Get this, other company in Rochester NY provided quote at TWICE the price of Frontier. I know everyone wants home repairs due to COVID-19, but Frontier has the dignity and honor to actually charges normal prices. Thanks Frontier. (And Im no Frontier Glass employee, as claimed by one reviewer).

Look at the website. Half the reviews are from employees. I wonder what else isnt done correctly
