Do NOT use this company!! I went into Weckesser a few times in September and October inquiring about replacing a direct vent gas fireplace and looking at the styles that were available. They were responsive and really took the time to answer all of my questions. The installer came out to look at the site as it was under construction at the time. The wall was constructed using dimensions based off of the fireplace I chose. I purchased the fireplace (paid in full) and was told I would be contacted when it arrived. I hadnt heard from them, so I called 2 weeks later to find that the fireplace had arrived and I would be contacted by the installer. I have called numerous times since each time being told the installer would contact me. Its now been 2 MONTHS since the fireplace was purchased. Tim from Weckesser came out once to look at the site and to make me feel better. I have not heard from him or the installer at all despite leaving numerous messages. I am beyond frustrated at the lack of integrity by this company. I really just want my money back so I can contact a legitimate company that does what they say they will do.

We utilize Weckesser for all things... from putting a hardscape concept into a drawing ahead of projects, to putting together estimates and purchasing supplies for patio and walkway installations. I recently purchased firebrick for a maple syrup evaporator project at a significant discount compared to big box stores. Thank you Weckesser.

Terrible service!!!! They are an absolute joke. I needed a good outdoor built in Grill. I spoke to a Tom B in sales, who at first sounded interested. Told him what I needed. He got right back to me with price and delivery date. Upon closing the deal over the phone he suddenly stopped and said he would call me back before 8pm, never did. The following day I called him and it went to voice mail, I left a message and then a text. Nothing, so 2 hours later I called the store and was told he was out. Called back, he was still out and then a mike Nelson took my call, said he would look into it and promised to call me back in an hour, nothing. So I Attempted Tom again. 4 days later I call the store a again, was told Tom was out and they would give my message to Mike to call me. Nothing, cost me 4 days that I didn’t have. I got much better service and price from BBQDIRECT.com.

Weckesser was recommended to my wife and I for a fireplace insert. We picked one out and were told to call Tim C. who was the only one that could measure for it. We called repeatedly over a two-week period and never even received a call back. The receptionist repeatedly said that we could only talk to Tim C. and that he set his own schedule. Is this anyway to do business? We went to IN SEASON in Henrietta instead.
