Johnstone supply is an asset to HVAC community and many other trades. I have been dealing with them for many years and would highly recommend to other companies.

I needed a simple button style high limit switch, I called and the boy who answered says they have it yet he wont sell it to me and i need to call a professional when it is literally one of the most simple parts to swap on the consumer side of furnace repair. Last time I checked I didnt need a license to buy a thermo switch. Wouldnt it be more unsafe to keep trying to use a furnace that has a know bad part (tested with multimeter). I am extremely dissatisfied, it would be like if i called advance auto and requested a fuel filter and they told me working on my own car was too dangerous and they cant sell me the part, what a joke.

Had specific tools I needed that I would have had to otherwise order and wait for... excellent customer service and knowledgeable, friendly staff.

Counter always helpful, well stocked with what I need to do my job. Lots of tools and display area very clean and organized. Fair prices, online system very easy to use. Pickup alays a breeze.

There is absolutely no one at their counter that cares about customer service. You can call and call and call, and still not get taken care of. It appears the owner scares away every good employee they get. There are much better places to go in Rochester.

I must be honest, I read a few bad reviews and was Hesitant about going to this . I alway look for bad reviews lol. Im currently enrolled in trade school at MCC & I needed a manifold & hoses I thank god I didn’t listen to the bad reviews . This store was fantastic, the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I wanna give a special thank to one of the staff members his name is Mark . This guy was a blessing I couldn’t thank him enough he did everything in him power to make sure I got what I needed even tho I had a low budget he made it work so thanks again mark if you see this
