I must say that going here was a great experience. I wasnt sure what to think upon entering, but the owner is real, raw, and kind. I connected with him almost immediately. His passion and story are inspiring, and he wants to help people, so much so that he gave me a hefty free sample of white kratom, which Ive never tried. As an Ethnobotanist and kava researcher and enthusiast (often in the same circles), we chatted all over the place for my brief visit, and I enjoyed stopping in here. I respect what Rob is doing. I havent even tried the product yet; however, he tests all of his kratoms with a 3rd party to ensure quality products! This is important and not required so it goes to show he wants to bring the best medicine he can. If I am in Rochester again, I will be checking in.

I drove an hour to come here because I heard good things- not only about kratom but about this store. And I’ve tried everything else (detox, suboxone...) but I didn’t know too much about the diff strands and colors. So I went in & told Rob, the owner, what my situation was and he gave me 3 diff kinds to try, for a cheaper price since I needed all 3 and because it was my first time just testing them out. He said everyone is different- He explained that a kind that works for you, might not work for me. So he said to try the diff kinds each day and see which works best for me. One helps more w/ sleep, one gives you energy and one is more in the middle. He gave me his card and said to call or email anytime. He’s been in the same situation and is super understanding, down to earth and easy to talk to. I’m trying them over the next couple days and hoping this will work as great as everyone says. Sick of living the same old life. Will try to update and let ya know how it works!

I went in here on Tuesday as I had been doing some research on Kratom and was interested in speaking with someone knowledgeable on the product. I spoke with a very nice woman (Ellie? I believe) and she ran through all the products offered and she was understanding and patient to answer any questions/concerns I had. I ended up leaving with knowledge and a small pouch of the Red Vein Kratom. I had a very pleasant experience and enjoyed the product. I then returned on Friday to pick up a pouch of a different variety Kratom and met with the owners Father. He was such a nice man with a true passion for the healing potential of this wonderful plant. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is interested in learning more. I also highly recommend their product as it is lab tested for purity and I have found it to be very effective and reasonably priced. I will be going back soon! Thank you for your wonderful customer service.

Awesome place.I was coming off my suboxone the first time I visited and Rob made me a sample drink and within minutes all the withdrawal symptoms were gone. It helps with so much more than that as well. I drink the white in the morning instead of coffee and the red to help with anxiety.If you want to know what youre buying and feel comfortable doing it, go here, not a head shop.

Life changing for me! I suffer from chronic pain and also have a bad pancreas as well. I was on so many medications that were not only quit expensive but also interferered with my quality of life. Ever since using Kratom, I’ve entirely stopped using all my pain medications which included 120mg for the day of oxycodone. I’ve had no withdrawals from ANY medications and haven’t felt this good in YEARS! The staff is beyond kind and helpful. I highly suggest paying them a visit!

Kratom is a miracle plant! A good friends brother has been off crack now for almost a month and my ex-husband has not had alcohol since before New Years because they are both using Kratom ( different strains). Its widely used to kick addiction to heroin and opioids & almost eliminates the horrible withdrawals. The owner of the Kratom Shop is so helpful and knowledgeable. *Oxycodone withdrawals solved* Basically have to step down my daily dosage after a couple years following two back surgeries for spinal stenosis w/ severe pain radiating down leg. I saw Wayne last week, explained my goal. He started me out with 3 samples. Amazing all 3 work to 100% stop opiate(oxycodone) withdrawal, at least for me. Pain relief isnt as good for my situation but forever grateful to The Kratom Shop for giving me this amazing help. I was skeptical. Im a believer now. Hesitant to post but this is too important. I feel obligated to tell others about my experience and maybe if youre like me, Kratom will help. I should add Wayne was a pro when helping me. Thank you
