I called the store asking if they had skates available for recreational use such as figure skates. I was informed that they were out of stock but if I was looking for hot pink skates they don’t have such items, which I didn’t ask about colors or anything so it was extremely condescending. I was also told “you’re a little late to the game not to be rude” about my timing in asking if they had skates. Customer service is not their forte apparently and the guy sounded extremely misogynistic and arrogant. Will never recommend this store.

Had a great experience buying skates for the first time. Staff was knowledgeable and did not try to over sell me into something I didnt need. Highly recommend.

Employees are knowledgeable about products and have always been helpful. Yesterday Wolf helped me pick out a new stick. He took time to answer the questions I had.

Always helpful and have what you need

Any hockey shop is a good one as long as they can sharpen skates well and keep decent sticks in stock.They do both. The only knock is the lack of goalie equipment... as a goaltender, I am both saddened and completely understanding that they dont want to stock thousands of dollars worth of stuff for a single position. Still, hockey is a six position sport. :)

Kind of new to hockey and they always take the time to answer questions and I never feel like someones trying to sell me something I dont need.

Visited for the first time to buy new hockey pants for my son. The store is very spacious. Lots of inventory to choose from. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be back in the future.

I went in looking for skates, not looking to spend too much. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable. He had good recommendations on where to get equipment and what my needs should be as a beginner.

I am a girls lacrosse player, i went in looking for a shaft and was blown away but how little they have for girls there is one tiny section on the wall and doesn’t even provide any of the good branded shafts. If your whole basis of the store is lacrosse why have such little option. It was the worst store i have ever been in for girls lacrosse i do not recommend this store at all.

When in to look for new skates for my self and my sons first skates.the kid that helped us was good.we will be back.

GREAT customer service and prompt service...almost immediately when you walk in someone is there to greet you and take care of your needs....been there several times and the guys are very knowledgable and customer oriented..the other hockey store down the road is good too but Pure Hockey is my first choice now! just wish they stayed open till like 9 or so...

Decent place but you can tell customer service isnt exactly a priority. One of the managers, I think his name was Chris, is very arrogant and not helpful.

Awful Experience! Didnt have anything we wanted. Everything was overpriced. No Goalie Equipment. The tall, greasy bearded associate told us to go to their store in buffalo or to go to Peranis Hockey World down the street. Overall, a waste of a trip. The sales people know nothing!

Customer service is dreadful. Employees lack customer care and urgency. Will never stop back for this reason alone. Peranis hockey world is the place to go.Everything is marked up about 10-20% what you can get online. Dissapointing.The selection of product is the only reason to stop in. A lot of choice.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

What kind of a hockey store has nothing for goalies??
