I don’t typically write reviews. However, we’ve bought three Old Hickory sheds to date and highly recommend them. I’ve personally dealt with both Brandon and Jason there and they were both very helpful. Brandon was great! Very easy to talk to & knowledgeable also had a sense of humor. Its gonna be awhile before we actually get the shed so I cant comment on that yet.

I had a very good experience in ordering a shed. Good prices too. They customize the shed the way you want it. The bad is they told me the shed would be delivered in 3 weeks. It took 5 weeks. The guy who delivered my shed did a great job with the delivery.

We needed a shed to replace one that had fallen apart. Via a phone call the gentleman drove to our house, looked at the situation and advised us as to what was needed. He did however tell us that we needed to go to the office, sit down and lay out the exact plans on the computer and sign a contract. That was perfectly fine with us because in that way we were able to get exactly what we wanted. I have to admit, the two young gentlemen that came to do the job were fantastic! Young, energetic, and very very friendly. From the time they parked their truck, to the time that I gave them directions on how to get to the next job... Three and a half hours! Outstanding!!!

Challenging location. Representative conducted a site visit, scoped out our property, and gave reassurance. Shed delivered flawlessly. Delivery driver worked over the top. Couldnt be more impressed.

The displays available at time of order, showed no defects in craftsmanship. However, when ours was delivered there was only one door on our lofted barn style, that had a turnbuckle installed. Also, the floor boards were not full sheets. After almost $3500 spent, it was not of the quality we had anticipated. And the customer service is horrendous at Falcon Sheds. On the day of delivery, we noticed there were several areas of the metal roof that were dented, and or twisted. And the driver stated he made a note, and someone would come and rectify this. They were very quick to deposit our almost $3000 check, but NEVER rectified the damaged metal roof. They never returned phone calls made to follow up, and rarely answered the phone during normal business hours.

Not rating the shed because we havent had a chance to check it out but customer service it terrible. Was told 6 to 7 weeks for delivery. It came after 10 1/2 weeks. With several excuses when WE called for an update. We were given a number to call but she didnt answer and you couldnt leave a message. Took a day off for delivery and they called 45 minutes prior and said theyd be there the next day. Nothing we could do. We asked several times about a discount but pretty much got laughed at and blown off. Bottom line... Dont plan on getting ur shed when ur told. Hoping the quality is better than their service. 😝

Don’t buy from this companyThey’re not honest with you about the time frame. They don’t coordinate with the delivery company separate from the builders. It was damaged in multiple areas. Only one person to deliver .Not able to block and level on the site which was a selling point. Not reliable company at all. Shop around this is not the best company to do business with 🤮

Ordered shed in November they backed into it and it has been sitting on the lot since. It is now almost January and we still dont have it. Also it is still damaged. Havent even attempted repair yet.
