Great customer service, lots to choose from.

Final Straw !!! Closed at 5 early with no notice. I’ve been coming to this store for years, even since the last owner was there, and lately, they just can’t compete with the other shops. The knowledge base just isn’t there. The products are outdated, and way overpriced. The old manager of this location opened up his own place in Spencerport, I’ll be going there from now on. Sorry guys, time to step up the customer service.

Horrible customer service bunch of arrogant inconsiderate people who think they know it all working there but really they know nothing and everything is way overpriced and out of date you will be better off going to Hydro Inc.

Always have what you need for hydroponic type stuff /soil. Plus reasonable prices

Not the greatest of service I’ve had. The employee’s phone was clearly more important than what I needed. I ended up going into a new shop in Spencerport, and come to find out the shop owner used to be the manager at this place. I’ll definitely be going there from now on.

Recently purchased 2 bags of fox farm soil. Came to 49$ which is much higher than any other time I’ve gone there. They seem to increase prices every time I go there. Been a loyal customer for 10+ years and have gone out of my way to do business with them. 30min drive each way. Didn’t receive my discount or a receipt. I like to support small businesses. But enough is enough for me. Will not be doing business anymore with you guys. Do better.

Best shop in Rochester. Rob and his staff have the knowledge and every product that anyone needs to successfully start from seeds to harvest to have fresh, healthy, affordable veggies year round. Ive never left the store disappointed. And thats the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Their manager rob worked with me even though I was short on cash and gave me a good deal. Low prices and they didnt disappoint with service. The other guy in there walked my soil out to my car for me and made it easy. Good place to shop, Ill be going back.

Listen here all you HATERS OUT THERE,,,Tom and his staff are very helpful and will NEVER talk you into somthing you DO NOT need or ready for!! from the most experienced to beginner!!! I am the latter I started when there was a store called Northern Lights now we all know who that is now,,if not Im just showing my age!!! one more thing I HAVE NEVER SMELT OR TALKED ABOUT ANYTHING OUT OF LINE THAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR IS NOT WELCOME!!!! I must now thank the staff for helping me grow the best I ever have!!!!!

Quiet place with good workers. Seem knowledgeable about the products they sell as well.

Horrible service. Employee would rather sit on phone then help customers, couldnt even bag my items just put the bog on top of them and went back to his phone. Will not be back.
