I love flapdoodles curbside pick up service. Took about 5 minutes total ordering and picking up. Staff is always friendly and ice cream is always delicious!

Great selection, fun atmosphere. I really appreciate that they hire local high school kids. Their ice cream is delicious. I recommend trying a flight of ice cream so you can sample multiple flavors.

This location fires on all cylinders. They are always working hard to provide great customer service and speed and try to avoid anyone having to stand and wait. The North location is either over staffed or just disinterested, as they tend to have 2 people working hard, and 5 people laughing and chatting while customers wait ready to checkout.

First time at this place.. The customer service was great! Very friendly people! The ice cream not so much. Honestly I dont think they did anything wrong...I just didnt like how creamy it was and thought the flavor couldve been a little more pronounced. I would have been happier with dairy queen...give it a try and see what you think :)

A great place to enjoy some ice cream with delicious flavors! They seem to have a very large variety of ice cream, and you can go on their website to see what flavors exactly have. We have went there before and really appreciate some flavors that they didnt have, but they were very nice and went in the back to get the ice cream for us. The only thing I would complain about is a parking lot, its a little tricky to get into it. Other than that though, they seem to have deals and specials going on everyday and a large variety to choose from including on dairy options!

Amazing customer service! Visiting from out of state for the Mayo and just had a rough day. Ended up ordering online for curbside pickup. I showed up and my order was off. Go figure? But... Their ice cream is the best! With 24 flavors available every day, there is something for everyone. Allergens are also listed for each flavor on the website. The staff is also very conscious of people with allergies and sensitivities asking if gloves needed to be changed between serving, etc.

We found Flapdoodles after our 5 day being in Rochester going back and forth to the hospital. Best ice cream EVER, hands down. We savored every lick of the cone. I had blue cookie dough and salted caramel and my husband had the malted milk ball and vanilla. Wish we had one in Rapid City.

We stopped for ice cream tonight on our way back to Wisconsin and were impressed by the ice cream (the best strawberry cheesecake ice cream is the best we’ve ever had) but most impressed by the employee who helped us! We didn’t catch his name but he was friendly, personable and did an excellent job.

Ok ok...no joke..this was the best ice cream we ever had! We ordered the Cookie Monster! It was so creamy, yummy bits of cookie dough and Oreos. Our experience to Mayo and Rochester has been rough but this ice cream joint sure made up for the trip! Will be back when we come back down!

I just finished my first cup of ice cream from this oddly named place. I got a kids scoop of both oatmeal cookie and lemon cheesecake. I have never had better ice cream in my entire life.Staff was nice, place is clean, service was quick yadda yadda. While this this is all important I would still crawl to this place in the snow to get more of their delicious ice cream.Also they have a super cool old school ice cream truck too.

I was so confused on how they charged me way above their menu price. I just figured that after we left and anyways it is probably a mistake or sudden change of prices.. both are so bad though. Charged 19 net and some change for what suppose to be 9 (net)! Very disappointing experience overall.

For an ice cream store there should be more flavors available. Ice cream is too soft. Also $4 for a kids double scoop is way too much and shouldn’t have to ask for the “sail” (mini waffle cone) that is supposed to come with it:/ Not impressed.

The coffee chip flavor is one of my favorites. A fantastic place to stop with family or friends for any special occasion or just because.

Saw the owner yelling at and degrading an employee a while ago. Killed the whole cheery fun mood of the joint. Would not recommend, as pricing is rather steep and would not enjoy putting money in the pocket of someone that looks down upon those under his employment.

Great artisanal ice cream. Quite the variety of flavors. Side note: I am mildly lactose intolerant and my niece and nephew took me there to try the ice cream. We had a Banana Split which, to my surprise, did not trigger any adverse reaction.

This is hands down the best ice cream place in Minnesota. I live in Minneapolis and just come here to get ice cream. The flavor variety is great they have plain jane flavors as well as unique ones as well! The staff is also always very nice and friendly!

I love this ice cream place more than any ice cream place in the Twin Cities. And thats saying a lot because theres a lot of creameries in the cities. Love all the seasonal flavors and the home made waffles! They remind me of ice cream shops in Portland, OR. SO GOOD

There arent a ton of options, but this is the best ice cream in Rochester! Lots of creative flavors outside the typical, and they keep the list of current flavors up to date on their website. Portions are enormous and the staff is friendly. Both locations are great, but we find the south one to be a bit less busy with more room to sit.

Ive been here many times, and have had a decent experience. Unfortunately, my last experience was subpar. While we ordered a double kids scoop, we were told its ok to split it. Apparently, the employee didnt realize we can do math too, and we saw he was trying to upsell us (2x single kids scoop is more expensive than a 1x double kids) without actually telling us what he was doing. He had whispered to one of his coworkers who said to him they are supposed to charge by the cup (and he likely told her not to worry).While I have no qualms about the quality of the ice cream (which is decent), I recommend all customers to make sure you know EXACTLY what you are being charged at this place (this goes for anything, but its likely not at the top of most peoples minds when they are going to buy ice cream for their kids,and entrusting the employees to charge them properly).
