An unforgettable experience. I was delighted to know that we finally found a place where I dont have to be afraid to eat ice cream since I can choose dairy free !!!!!! I feel very happy, good service !!!!!

We were craving for ice cream after returning from the beach. A good place with a large choice of ice cream flavors. They are making the ice cream from scratch by cooling with liquid nitrogen. Watching them make the ice cream is really interesting.

Just tried this place out! Wonderful service and quick turn around, considering everything is made to order that is impressive! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

When I can sneak in a trip to this place when I’m in Rochester, I always try to go. You get such an outrageous amount of food for such a low price. When I paid for my ice cream this last time I actually asked the woman to double check that she charged me right because it seemed too inexpensive, but nope… it was the right price and I got sooooo much ice cream with so many toppings! Can’t wait for this place to open again next year!

So not impressed. Drove almost an hour to patronize this establishment, and they are closed. Google maps says they are open, obviously others had the same idea as since Ive been writing this no less then 6 people have approached the door. Its not a big ask for a business to respect its clientele, apparently its too big an ask for this ice cream shop.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. My family and I decided to try a new place in Brighton called Sweet Mist. My kids love science, they thought it would be cool to see liquid nitrogen be turned into a yummy treat. Unfortunately, the website which we checked, and Google maps which we also checked because we werent 100% sure where the store was located was wrong. Both said the place was open until 2130hrs. The door says that the establishment is open every day. Clearly by the posted business hours inside the establishment dont match either the website or Google maps. Google maps is also nice enough to inform its users when a business owner updates their information to provide a more accurate experience. According to Google, the owner of this business updated Google maps one week ago. Needless to say, we were very disappointed and I really wished we had just stuck with our local shop.

Worth every penny. Not only a fun experience but good ice cream. Endless flavor combinations.

Most delicious, fresh and best tasting, best quality Indian Food Buffet Ive ever had! And then they have a Nitrogen Ice cream place in same same plaza called SweetMist! The ice cream is so amazing tasting, even better than regular ice cream! Go try it! And then they own Naantastic and Rebel Pi!

This place is Really Awesome & Fun! The process is So COOL (pun intentended). You can get anything you want, seems like millions of flavor and texture combinations. Today we chose cream base chocolate mixed with strawberry and topped with chocolate sauce. It was decadent, very rich & creamy, Best Ice Cream Ever. We also picked a coconut vegan base and a unique flavor of sweet ginger mixed with chopped pistachios toped with white chocolate sauce. It was cool refreshing and irresistible! The staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. The place is bright and clean! 10 star rating!!!!

Delicious! The texture was creamy and airy, closer to gelato. They have a lot of dairy free, gluten free, and even sugar free options, and the menu is very clear about the dietary info on each flavor and mix-in.The staff was very friendly, and also very receptive to a dietary need (gluten allergy) and made sure that all the equipment was free of gluten, not just the ingredients. Definitely recommended!

Came to Rochester for this ice cream. I have strawberry ice cream with fruity pebbles mixed in, Oreos on top,bananas and, strawberry syrup all in a waffle cone.The owners of this place really do know how to make good food from running Rebel Pi and Naan-tastic. This ice cream shop is a great addition to their already well known popular restaurants!

Sweet mist was amazing, nitrogen and ice cream was just the begining. Seeing my icecream made freshly and just getting entertain by how it was made was so cool! hope you have room for toppings because theres TONS! The place was beautiful so clean and so welcoming the staff was top notch and so friendly. Wait there more! on top of everything i was able to bring my pup Arnold a pet friendly patio is everything i look for to be able to enjoy my icecream next to my pup was all worth it! The staff was so nice to arnold they brought him water and a cup of whip cream he loved it! Theyre animal lovers and that right there will make me come back ! definitely check them out! you wont be disappointed.

The serivce is good and the people there are nice. We got one unique flavor：Sweet Ginger and one regular flavor：Nutella. The sweet ginger is really good. I can really taste the ginger. When we could not finish it，they even froze them again.

I went there for the first time a week ago. The experience of going and watching them do what they do was amazing! From beginning to end it was awesome! The friendly smiles that radiate from the staff was great!I got my ice cream, and was going to drive and eat. I took the first spoonful and I was hooked! I sat in my vehicle and ate all of it ! After that, I went back in to give them praise for the ice cream. Ive had good ice cream before, great ice cream, but never ice cream that made me cry! I cant wait to go back. I love this place! Dairy free options!! As someone who cant do dairy, but loves ice cream, the ability to go out and get ice cream was missing. Theres just not enough places that cater to those who cant eat dairy. But the vegan coconut milk option is amazing! The flavor is so great and doesnt overwhelm the flavors you chose for the toppings and flavors. I did birthday cake and would do it again in a heartbeat! Its great to be able to go out together and get ice cream again somewhere. The interior is really nice and has a cool touch of modern and old time ice cream parlor feel to it with the colors and everything. The staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful when Making decisions. Im not vegan but if you are make sure to ask what flavors and toppings are also vegan so you know. Great addition to Rochester! One of these would do amazing on Park Avenue for sure!!

We love this place! Interesting process how they make your ice cream! Little kids love to watch the fog coming from the mixing bowls where they make your ice cream. Great selection of flavor, types of cream, sorbet and toppings. When its warm you can sit outside too! Check it out!

The flavor options are the highlights of this place. They offer flavors you literally cant get anywhere else. (I loved the cardamom!) There are fun toppings to choose from and the staff is friendly as well. Plus, who wouldnt love watching the nitrogen freeze their ice cream?

Amazing. I was totally shocked at how good the vegan ice cream was. Creamy, rich, great texture - usually vegan ice creams are more on the icy side, but NOT this one. Employees were super friendly and watching our ice cream made in front of us was great. Id rate this a 10/10 easily. Well worth the price.

It was as really cool how they made the ocean cream with liquid nitrogen. There was a lot of flavors, and some were not really traditional.

A fun, totally personalized ice cream place. The servings are really big. I got the smallest size and it was still too much. It was fun to watch it made. Lots of gluten free and vegan options. And we got a laugh out of their wet floor signs!

The concept of fresh ice cream is realized here. Way too damn good to be true!!! Literally made by using dry nitrogen! Concept is fabulous and so is the staff. No matter what happens though, GET THE MANGO ICE CREAM!! you will regret it.... Trust me... I did.............

This place is expensive- however, I feel like it was worth the cost for what I got.Two ice creams came to about $14 they were large portions (we ordered the smaller of the two sizes and it was more than we should have eaten 😂The flavor was very good the texture was different from other ice creams. Definitely unique- I think there are some opportunities for both really good and really bad combinations and maybe a few suggestions would be helpful. (prepicked selections of flavors/toppings)I will be back, this is the kind of business that makes our town cool. Its not a cookie cutter franchise its unique and fun.

Interesting that my actual 1st review somehow got deleted and is no longer available. So let me rewrite:This is an overpriced, TASTELESS ice-cream shop! We had 3 milkshakes and 2 regular ice creams. The total for these items was $41.74. That is OUTRAGEOUS! The flavorless shakes & ice creams were more expensive than a cake at any bakery or cafe! The line to get served was ludicrous. It took forever to get served! You could go to Philips European restaurant and spend that much on actual European cake and coffee in a nice sit down atmosphere. I seldom write anything less than 5 star reviews.... This was, that bad! A total rip-off!!! You could also go to Pittsford Dairy & have outstanding ice cream and shake just 8 minutes away and spend around 1/2 as much!My issues are with the flavor of the ice cream and shakes AND the exorbitant price! The quantity was good! When the price of ice cream exceeds the cost of dinner then there is something wrong with the pricing structure!

Very cool concept! Love how there are several bases to choose from: regular ice cream, coconut milk ice cream, sorbet, and sugar free /fat free! Wanted to try a classic flavor today, but Ill be going back to try some of the more unique ones, like chai!

My husband asked for a waffle cone and I asked for a brownie bowl we paid the up charge for both and didn’t get either which was super disappointing. It’s an interesting concept but the the ice cream doesn’t taste any better then any other place and the wait time is rather long especially when theirs a line of people. For the price and our experience we won’t be returning.

Certain flavors have more “power” then others and the prices are high but the ice cream is extremely smooth and has great mouth feel. The staff was excellent as well.
