5 wks still waiting for a phone call on a simple part that holds the magazine slide closed,,,, terrible customer service.. mind you its an easy fix I just didnt want to use duck tape...

Very poor place to do business with . They are a authorized repair station for dewalt tools. Took a drill in to be repaired on 11/14/18 and finally after no call it being finished I went there today ( 4/10/19 ) and they told me they didn’t have time to fix it yet. They told me when I took it in it would be a couple weeks. Will never go there again.

It is a very disorganized place to work. If you have any experience, or commonsense, this isnt the place to work. If you want a brain dead job, and dont really care...this is the place for you.
