RDO does a great job in helping me out whenever I have an issue with my Bobcat brand skid loader. On more than one occasion they have saved me repair costs and down time by pointing out developing issues. The estimates are accurate and often run higher than the final repair costs.Thank you for the great service.

My experience is based more on the way theiremployees act in public. I was at a local car dealership to pick up my vehicle and their salesman, John Keefe, walked out the door screaming profanities at the staff because they had missed an oil change on the truck. I was surprised to see it was a truck with a giant RDO logo on it when he got it and peeled out of the parking lot. I’ve never actually witnessed in person an adult act that way in public but I sure saw it today. I know I won’t be doing any business with this company based on this sole interaction with their staff.
