Now I know why there are horrible reviews of this business on Google.First experience—tried calling three times during open hours and no one ever picks up the phone.Second experience—someone actually picks up the phone and very rudely tells me he won’t tell me the price of something.I mean, I like to support small business and this business would be convenient for me. But, after those first two fails and all the bad reviews I’ve read, there is no way I will purchase from them. The owners need to wake up and make some changes, especially since there is a large and popular liquor store right down the street from them (Marketview Liquor—where the prices are good, people are polite and they actually know something!).

Great place to run in and out. The staff is not hounding you but they are friendly and courteous at check out and if you have any questions. It is clean and tidy and I like their selection. I have walked in at 8:55 p.m.( they close at 9) and they are always pleasant.

You cannot find a less attentive staff anywhere. Completely ignores the customers while talking on cell phone (on speaker, no less!). Or eating and chewing with mouth open while cashing out.... i like supporting small businesses, but they wont be around long at this rate.

Instead of answering the phone, they just keep hanging up on you & all you hear is CLICK, on the other end. I merely want a price check on a product you carry. what I get, instead, is ~ lousy customer service; get with the program, people! if you want to sell your products, you just might want to answer the phone when a customer calls.

A bottle of Jameson was $40. Maybe its because Im from Pennsylvania, but that was too expensive. In PA that same bottle would be at least $10 cheaper, if not more. Instead I bought a smaller bottle and settled for something else. This place was closeby though and had a plenty of parking.
