The property owners need to take accountability for the buildup of litter and paraphernalia (spent syringes, mostly) along the eastern wall of the building that is immediately adjacent to El Camino, a local bike trail, their negligence is creating a health hazard to users of the trail and diminishing the overall look of the area.
