Norman who is the service manager is the best. He is better than a Doctor. He comes out front when you drive in and can diagnose what is wrong the 1st time. (better than a Doctor) I brought my 2019 Polaris Slingshot in and it was diagnosed right and repaired right. It drives better than new. Thank you Rochester MotorsportsJust brought it in for service a couple weeks ago and once again it was done right and on time. Employees that work here are the best.

I purchased a used Goldwing in Sept. It had a couple of issues that went unnoticed at the time of the sale. I brought these problems to the attention of the sales dept. They had me bring the bike into service and the problems were fixed at no cost to me.

They had the exact part I was looking for in stock . All other parts stores told me I was going to have to wait 10 business days. Customer service was great . Definitely will return my business to them in the future even if it means me traveling from Hooksett to Rochester to avoid having to wait on parts I need today.

They had my atv for 4 months and claimed they were waiting for parts. When i called (at about month 3) I was told they were pulling my machine in to look at it. At month 4, I was told my Norman I would have it by the weekend. Two weeks went by and I reached out and they told me it was done. I was told discounts would be credited however they were not. BTW, what was fixed on my Honda TRX 450er was a stator and module...

Good selection of powersports equipment, toys, and accessories. The downfalls are the customer service isnt always the friendliest and sometimes they are bit slow which means the waits can be quite long. Ill give a 4 because Im assuming covid has something to do with that. Only time will tell!

I called on a listing they had on facebook on Thursday and talked with a salesman named Dylan. I informed him I would not be able to come and see the used side by side they had listed. We talked and I gave him a $250 deposit to hold the machine until I could get there on tuesday. He informed me he would be off on friday and would reach out to me on Saturday to follow up. Saturday I recieved a call from the sales manager named Ken. He asked me how serious I was about this and asked me if I has applied for financing yet. I told him I was waiting for the link to be emailed to me, which he sent at that moment. I told him also that I would be there Tuesday afternoon and would see him then.I then filled out the application as soon as I got off the phone with him and never heard anything back by the end of the day. Tuesday afternoon now and we are getting ready to head down to the store and pick up previously mentioned UTV. So I call the salesman Dylan and explain that I am getting ready for the trip down and he informs me again that he was off all weekend and didnt know exactly what happened but the sales manager had sold the UTV I had planned on purchasing and had put a deposit on to hold for me. Now no one will talk to me, the sales manager Ken or even the owner of the establishment Miles! And I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned!

Bob was amazing. I called ahead of time and asked what they had in stock in my price range. He lined up multiple bikes all gorgeous and mechanically sound. Sold me a fantastic bike at a fantastic price. Amazing experience from the begginging to end. It felt like friends talking less like a deal. Parts dept are great people not sure on the sales or service (havnt done business with that part ) but have what I been 99% of the time.

Visited the dealership 3 days in a row which clearly shows a commitment to purchase. On the third day, I was ignored in the showroom. Not only were we not even greeted by the staff, our presence appeared to be a bother . I’ll buy my brand new 2020 Honda Rebel 500 elsewhere.

Awesome dealership best prices in the granite state. I called every dealer in the state and no one would even match their price on a 2020 ranger crew. Customer service was also excellent.

Not only was I ignored in the showroom but their prices are insanely high. Over 9000 dollars for a base model raptor? Are you kidding me? Destination fees and some other fee they’re trying to charge?? I was quoted almost 1000 dollars cheaper for an R model at a place in Plaistow. I know this is the only game in town but make the drive for a fair deal.

Great experience with salesman, Bob, and sales associate, Chris, in addition to all the other guys at Rochester Motorsports. My father and I visited to get some information on helmets and wound up spending time with both Bob and Chris just talking about bikes, safety etc. I never felt pressured to buy anything, in fact I left that day with nothing. I came back with my boyfriend who was interested in buying a brand new 2016 bike. After having a horrible experience with a dealer in Maine, we were pleased to find that Rochester Motorsports trucked in the motorcycle for my boyfriend from their warehouse location. He wound up buying the new bike and absolutely loves it. I was a little discouraged at first that he couldnt test drive the bike and that it wasnt ready to ride (did not have oil and fuels etc) I guess it is common practice to not allow test drives on sports bikes with newer riders but this was a little strange to me. Good news is that everyone told him it was a fabulous bike and that he would love it, which he does!!! He couldnt be happier!Only downside and reason it didnt get 5 stars was because the process took a while at some points. The bike needed to get oils etc in the shop and the financial application process was a little backed up via the bank. Not shocking for a Saturday in mid August though.Overall, overjoyed with the customer service at Rochester Motorsports. Great experience, would 10/10 recommend this shop to friends and family.

I can only say this to the service guy that left metal burrs on my rim and caused my tube to pop while riding also installed with 2 twist in the tube and no I did not ride it with a flat to cause this. It was there screw up that they didnt want to be held accountable for. they installed 2 tubes both going flat. I also had to pay for a double mount and balance in less then a month. I recommend not to do business with there service department. head else were. rideing a bike is a risk having someone make such a rookie mistake could of just took my wifes life and mine. And they wouldnt of cared. Im so happy now that my family seen what they did and they all are telling there friends to stay clear of here.

I went in on a Sunday(on a whim), to see if I could get air put in my truck tires ... Then I left with a motorcycle.Bob (Sales Associate) was a great listener, very informative, and relaxed. I never felt the need to be overly skeptical, I never felt pressured. We were just talking shop, and somewhere in that process he sold me a sweet bike.Rick (THE MAN) is the one heck of a finance guy. He worked to get me a great rate, and even pulled it off (start to finish) on a Sunday afternoon.Also, while I was signing paperwork, the bike was loaded into the bed of my truck with a full tank, and they even threw out my bags of trash.So not only were they able to produce a great deal on a great bike, they also helped me check a couple Sunday chores off the list. Im pleased as punch with how it all went down. Theres a good crew running the show at this shop.

I liked this place. Their stuff wasnt insanely overpriced. But they were switching their inventory to bring out their winter stuff so they had kind of a limited selection of motorcycle helmets and gloves when I happened to go.

I had a great experience at Rochester motor sports . Bob Zimmerman and the not only the sales but also the service team were real helpful . I originally went in for a Polaris sportsman 450. But after talking it over with my wife I decided I needed a 2 up. And bob pointed to the right machine. Ive only had the machine a couple hours and already am in love with it. I picked up a FZ-09 recently from these guys and have to say that they were the most enjoyable dealership to work with! I bought a pure owned Arctic Cat mud pro from RM a few weeks ago. I love it. The sales (Steve) and finance department stayed late to make things work and kept payments within my wife and my budget. Staff was Helpful. Owner not so much... They were not prepared for an actual sale. Charged 3% Credit Card fee for anything over 3k+. Be prepared to pay more if buying anything large on a card... Make sure to look around and price shop not the only place around...

Always like a good motorcycle shop. Although a little busy was never greeted or asked if I needed help. Was looking for a new helmit.

Was recently an employee here vehicles are barely cared for. Left outside most of the time and ive even seen other employees crash into customer machines and also do burnouts with customer property. Was promised $12/hr when hired made barely that was basically employed as a trash boy, treated like dirt and fired when my girlfriend went into false labor and I could not make it in for a day. Service is a joke most barely know what they are doing and beat their parts into place. Never seen a shop so poorly run would not recommend bringing youre machines in to be worked on unless you dont mind waiting about a month to get them back.

I had a good experience with Rochester Motorsports. The salesman, Steve, was really helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are the best around and they are very upfront about the prices. They can be difficult to get ahold of by phone.

I went back the following day to pick up my new motorcycle and worked with Peter to close out the paperwork. Peter was great and thorough in his explanation. Bought my first bike this past weekend from Bob, a Vulcan 900 custom. Bob was extremely nice and helpful in selecting my first bike. Definitely would buy from him again.

We bought a 2015 ATV, 570 Sportsman Touring SP on 10/18/15 paid cash and was told we could pick it up on 10/20/2015. We thought that was so they could wash it, it was really dirty even though it only had 2 miles on it. They did NOT wash it, there wasnt even enough gas in it to drive onto the bed of the truck. They charge extra fees ($359.00) for destination and delivery and we got absolutely taken advantage of. I will never do business with them again and warn you to stay away, unless you want bad customer service.

These guys are amazing from start to finish. Ive bought 2 Ninjas here and I will continue to do business with them and refer everyone I know to go there. Ken Harding is the first person that sold me on this place and made me a forever customer. Im a tiny girl so everywhere I went before didnt even give me the time of day and didnt think I was serious, and Im very big on customer service so I wasnt buying anywhere until I was treated how I should be. The first time I went there Ken greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, asked me the right questions, and helped me pick out a bike, and he was there from then on, and then again for my second bike. Hes the best!! Steve Reynolds is one of the sales guys there, he was a big help too, and he was always checking in with me to let me know the status of my bike while it was getting lowered after I bought it, which is something I really appreciate!! Rick Morency is the finance guy there and he really knows his stuff! He will treat you like your family and let you know what you need to protect you and your new ride. And of course hes got good relationships with the banks so hell get you the best rate out there!! Josh Gavin helped tremendously as well, he got my bike all shiny and pretty before I got there, and he even followed me all the way to Hampton to drop my bike off at my house! Seriously, their entire team works hard and knows their stuff, from sales, to finance, to parts, to the techs out back. I can go on and on about everybody here and how awesome they are. The lady working in service is either on drugs or crazy. She had our bije for over a month and never even called with a diagnosis. We must have stopped over once every few weeks for an update. Each time, she would tell us our motorcycle was next in line for service. After about 3 months, we gave up and took it elsewhere.

HORRIBLE SERVICE MANAGER. My Honda CBR carbs. Went In to be rebuilt. I was told 250 for job. They called 3 weeks later said carbs were done. I pick them up bring back to my house hour away. They never touched them They did finally after bringing them there twice did job. Service manager says our mechanics screwed them. Wow if my company screwed ANYONE. ID GIVE THEM WHAT EVER THEY ASKED. BUT NORM THE SERVICE MANAGER REFUSED TO TAKE A 100 DOLLAR HIT TO MAKE THIS RIGHT

Dont waist your time and money! Brought my quad here for over heating, got it back a long time after ride it around and it over heated again. I brought it back to fix it and got it back again still over heating! I brought it to another mechanic and he said they put in a after market cheap head gasket and the new mechanic put in a Polaris head gasket and it didnt over heat again. So I wasted a lot of time and money. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!

Over priced, didnt put oil in new sled, didnt put seat bolt on new bike. St. Hilaire motorsports is way better and will help you out
