Piepho Moving and Storage did a wonderful job with our entire move. The pre-move estimate was thorough and transparent. The movers arrived on time and were professional and polite. They packed all items in an organized, safe, and efficient manner. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. Items and furniture arrived undamaged. The overall cost was a bit expensive but worth the money. I don’t leave reviews often, and I have had prior bad experiences with movers. But these movers are great and would use them again if I have to move again.

From the estimator giving us an accurate estimate to the movers doing an excellent job with moving our items, our experience was wonderful. They were professional, friendly, courteous, and timely. We were initially very impressed with Piephos professional moving arrangements. Piepho had trouble finding available drivers due to the covid pandemic we had to reschedule our move for a couple of months. The Piepho staff were completely understanding and helpful with the rescheduling. The group that showed up to load our furniture in WI were very professional. However, some things happened along the way. Our 1939 Steinway upright piano was damaged. Apparently, the furniture and piano were reloaded more than a couple of times. The damages must have happened in one of these transfers. When it arrived at the storage facility in CA, it was pointed out that it was missing a wheel. Also the foot pedal board had dropped a couple of inches. We have moved this piano across country several times and had no problems. Just beware, if you have any valuable furniture or musical instruments and plan to put them in storage even for a few short weeks they will not cover any damages once delivered. Our piano was delivered damaged, now we are getting no assistance from the movers about where and when it was damaged. It was a very costly move for us.

Im very grateful I found Piepho Moving! I was so stressed due to my sisters passing, Jacobs customer service was awesome! I was concerned about moving a TV connected to a stand, the movers detached and reattached the TV for me. Jacob followed up to see how the move went, and asked if everything went well with the TV. The movers were on time, very professional, and personable. They moved my sisters things from Chaska to Rochester. I want to say thank you all again for helping make a difficult time a little easier. 😊

Last year, Piepho helped my family with an out-of-state move. I had researched a few moving companies and Piepho was the most responsive. So, I hired them. I was very nervous about this move. From the beginning of my interaction with Piepho, they kept me completely informed. The guys who moved our property were friendly, courteous and prompt. As we traveled, Piepho gave me updates on our property location and ETA. In fact, they were able to move our property into our new home ahead of schedule. Some items were received broken and some smaller items were delivered later. These were mild annoyances. All in all, Piepho did a good job for our big move.

If I could give more stars I would. The whole process from the initial quote estimate to final delivery was absolutely flawless. They arrived about 20 minutes early to start loading from our old house and it only took them 2.5 hours to load a 2 story house plus basement & garage home. They even took stuff I wouldnt think they would since it wasnt in boxes. The staff were very polite & throughout both days and didnt complain one bit. Unloading the truck the next day took even less time & they put items in appropriate rooms. I had a piano to move and they took extra care packing it and delivering it to the new house. You would be a fool not to hire this company.

When we need to move from Minnesota to California to be closer to our kids, we had no idea how to move. Lynn was also very helpful and responsive.Driver Pete and his crews were very friendly and experienced. They moved our precious grand piano and everything else with care. Somehow, some moisture (condensation?) made it into the piano wrapping.The only dicey moment was on arrival when the truck could not make it up the driveway. This came to them as a surprise ... I believe they should have scoped out the property before delivery (as they did on pickup).

The two men that came out to move (Isaiah and Chris) were awesome. Our move took 8 hours over 2 days while temperatures were just below 0 degrees. They were respectful, efficient, and easy to communicate with.The missing star was for the initial quote. These people are amazing. They loaded me quickly, diassembling my bedroom furniture and reassembling it when they delivered. The estimate for the move was right on the weight. They drove through a blizzard, delivered everything at the exact time they said they would and nothing was damaged. VERY PROFESSIONAL. If youre moving, dont even think about anyone else.

Outstanding company to work with! They provided all the boxes I needed in correct sizes so I could save money and pack myself. Our stuff had to stay in storage for 3 months during the move and I loved that they had the ability to store it in their climate controlled facility. Awesome employees and customer service. I had an upright piano to be moved within town (Austin, MN). I was having a hard time getting a mover at a reasonable price, and Marcus at Piepho arranged schedule with me so i can have three men and a truck (trailer) when the Allied crews are coming to town. At a reasonable price! They kindly took care of details so it was moved without a single scratch.

The move went really well and I am happy with it except the furniture with drawers in some cases was tipped upside down. I still have been unable to open one on my desk drawers.

Arrived early, friendly, worked hard, paid attention to detail, flexible and willing to do or assist with any related task --- good job!

Two of the guys showed up and a third joined them a while later. I thought they were being respectful of our home and furnishings. Only one of their handcarts had padding on the uprights. They borrowed some of my furniture sliders to add some protection to the base of one cart. No blankets were used to protect most of the items as they were taken out of our old house and into the new and now as I am cleaning my wood furniture, I am finding a lot of scratches and dents. Our last move was also done by this company but with three mature men, this time we only had one. I am quite disappointed as some of the items have been in my family for 70+ years and some are relatively new, high quality pieces.

Warning: absolutely awful service. They lost all of my trophies and medals from my track career from middle school to Stanford (among other items) and claim they have no monetary value. Have been consistently unhelpful in making any effort to locate lost or possibly stolen items. Do not use this company if you value your possessions and wish to see them again.

Chris was assisted by packer extraordinaire Glenn. Chris’ entire packing and loading/unloading teams were all positive, professional, careful and helpful.The weather on our 2 garages packing day was far from ideal with Minnesota temperatures in the double digits below zero. Chris and his team came well prepared for the severe weather and worked hard without complaint.I especially liked having the same team pack and transport us from Minnesota to Texas. Chris’ communication was superb from packing to delivery. I had to help a friend move out of his apartment and we had the help of Piepho on our side! It made moving a much faster and reliable experience!

Worst experience moving ever. We were lied to. Mis quoted the bid and claimed he was never shown the other garage. Really, you walked through it told us how the freezer needed to be prepped prior to the move. Then have the edacity to say I never showed to a garage? what a bunch of BS. checkout the BBB prior to using these guys. Very Underhanded.
