Came out from work, ready to leave for a weekend trip, to find my tire completely flat. Called around to a few places nearby but they wouldn’t get to me for a few days! I didn’t call Moore, I just drove over and showed up. I was shocked when they said it would be done in 45 minutes. It was less than that. And…I hadn’t even asked in advance how much they would charge to fix my tire. I just needed it done because I was leaving on that trip as soon as it was fixed. So the repair was time sensitive and, I thought, whatever they charged would have to be ok because it needed done. So, I was shocked and thrilled that the cost was exceedingly reasonable. I was VERY happy with Moore Tires…and I’ll be back…hopefully not soon, mind you :-) but definitely back when necessary.

Rock Falls ILI called on a Saturday morning, they didn’t have the tire I wanted, but they had tires that would work. After talking with Aaron, he convinced me to wait for the tires I needed, he took the time to find out what kind of driving I do, he then went through the selections available. I selected one and he told me it would be available Monday morning. It’s a busy place, but they all worked to get me in and out of there as quickly as possible. Price was reasonable, service great 👍 highly recommend this place for any of your tire / maintenance needs.

I spoke with Bill to find the tires I was requesting for my vehicle. He guided me to a different set that are better than the ones I had originally thought I wanted. Great conversation with Bill and knowledge of tires. I most definitely recommend Moore Tires for all your service and replacement tires needs.

They took care of business, we were passing through town and had an issue with our vehicle, they quoted me for ball joint and two tires and fit me in even tho they were about to close in an hour. Car drove a lot better afterwards!Thanks guys!! Five stars

Unfortunately had a flat tire driving across the country and were very lucky to be close to Moore’s. When calling for help, the staff was incredibly kind and professional. We needed roadside assistance and the polite young man that showed up was fast and very helpful. We ended up needing two front tires once we got back to Moore’s which were very reasonably priced. The service was quick and the employees were straight to the point. Huge thank you to Greg and the rest of the Moore’s team for making this as easy as possible for us. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I popped a tire driving home and got lucky enough to do so just before the exit that led me to Moore Tires. They were so kind and helpful! They got me fixed up and on my way in no time for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Most of the time I go there is for the Garco car rental. Which Ive always had excellent luck with. Ive bought tires there from time to time and can offer no complaints.

The people there are great! Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I was able to get an appointment quickly and at a price well under what I expected to pay. Also, the waiting area is very clean and quite spacious, so no trouble social distancing.

I cant say enough good things about my first experience with Moores in Rock Falls. They were courteous, professional, had same day service, loaners, wonderful lounge area and explained the things they were doing and how much it would cost up front. I will definitely be returning there for any more service I need on my car.

I had to wait until someone who works there to wait on me. Several people walked by me didnt even acknowledge me standing there.Once I talked to someone my issue was taken care of fairly quickly and I received excellent help. the mechanic took more than enough time to explain the situation to me.

Do not, absolutely do not trust Moore Tires in Rock Falls Illinois!!!!! They lie and deceive and place you in danger!!!! Misdiagnosed my axle as brakes in July, then finally did replace said axle in September, however resulting in excessive brake noise. They charged me $68.00 to clean and adjust the brakes. Whatever, fine. But then today the SAME SET OF BRAKES started making the same set of noises again!!! A week later not even. I took it to a friend in town and we found enough lube to make a slip and slide on the clips and hardware. After grinding off and lightly lubricating the brakes they have remained quiet. Shame on Moore!!! Deceptive practices!!

I called them because our travel trailer had a flat tire. We got back from a trip and parked it in our driveway. The next morning we had a flat tire. I could not get the lug nuts off no matter what I used. Anyway, I called them and told them my issue and they said they’d be out tomorrow which was fine. They actually came later that afternoon. Two young fellas showed up and did a great and quick job.

In and out within 1.5 hours for trailer tire replacement and fix mug flag/rail. Great service. Highly recommended.

I was having trouble with a tire going low, they got me in 30 minutes prior to closing time and repaired my tire. I felt bad for showing up so close to closing time I was not aware of what time they closed.Thank you for getting me in so quick.

Moore Tire is amazing! We are headed down south on vacation and had some tire issues. We called them up at 3:00(we were 40 mins away) and they closed at 4:00, they made time to get us in for new tires. Amazing service! If we didn’t live almost 7 hours away we would be back for sure. Nice clean business, doesnt smell like your old traditional tire shops. Everyone that we dealt with the day of our appointment was super friendly ( Shelby & Bill ) but I will never deal with Barry again up there. I never received a call that my tires werent there like he promised he would. Didnt find out till we were up there after a 40 min drive.. Sorry but Im old school and your only as good as your word !! I give Moore tire a 4.5 star but Thanks to Barry I can only give a 3 star officially on here !!

I hadnt used Moores tire in years. We have been living out of state. We where traveling through to see family and needed tires for our fifth wheel. Contacted Moores and dropped the trailer off and 2 hours later were on the road again.

I just want to say that your staff makes you feel very special. Upon my arrival.The gentleman behind the counter said hi Gary what can I do for you. How he knew my name I dont know. I suppose he looked up my license plates when I pulled up. Upon my return with your loaner car witch is also a great perk he called me Mr Sarver. How he pulled that one off I dont know. My overall experience was that your prices are a little high compared to others but others dont do a rotation for free either. I would like to make sure your staff sees this. They need to be commented for their efforts. In closing I will also advise I have been a customer for several years and I have always been treated like Im the only customer in your building. Moore tires of Rockfalls have bailed me out of a bind on more than one occasion. Twice I have limped my vehicle into the parking lot on the way to work and they had my tire fixed both times within an hour. The service there is excellent and everyone there was quick about getting me back on the road. Thanks guys 👍

Awesome and convenient service! I had a flat and was stuck in my driveway. They came out to inspect my tire then took it with them to fix/replace, so I didnt have to tow my car or leave home. Super happy and will definitely choose them, again

We have been going to more tires to get tires for over 30 years at least my dad started and he even got when he worked for Comcast for 35 years he took all his vehicles there the customer service on find a new tires and finding you a good deal Are awesome compared to other places there dont even try My business burnt down and then about 9 months ago my house burned down I literally lost everything and turns didnt cover anything of mine I didnt think he would but I to desperation I asked him if he would help with one tire I need it more but its hard for me to ask for help when I asked if he would have a used tire in my size and if he could help me out with 1 and he ended up finding me 1 and as saved me so I could get to work and make money to try and get used cheap tires Really good people work here

The employees were friendly & helpful, the work was done quickly and the price was reasonable. My only complaint is that the employees were not wearing masks. One put a mask on to help me when I picked up my car, but I feel they should be wearing masks all the time. Customers are required to wear them.

No matter whether Im in a big truck or my personal vehicle are even more important with my daughters car Bring in Bringing in neither vehicles may take a little while but the job is done right the 1st time if there should arrive a problem its quickly Corrected But more often than not the job is done right the 1st time It may cost a little bit more but the job is number one

Had a brake caliper replaced. They completed work in timely manner at a reasonable rate. Only complaint was an oily residue left on the car in a couple of areas.

Moore continues to give superior service I always feel comfortable with the friendly atmosphere, The no appointment walk-in policy which is great I had them balance my four Jeep tires and check my alignment this it was done in under 90 minutes as a walk 3 hours before closing the day before a holiday unheard of. I had recently bought new tires unfortunately I didnt get them from Moore I made the mistake of buying them online mounted and balanced and the balance was terrible after bringing my tires into moore to check the balance they straightened it out my jeep rides like new again no more shaking wheel or drifting. I definitely will buy here when I have to get my tires replaced . Thanks guys youre great.

They removed a nail from my tire and I and they were asked to check tire tread and pressure in other tires. After repair I paid and went to leave. Nothing was indicated on bill relating to tread and pressures so went back in and asked. They then checked tread and pressures and added air
