After multiple times of having them tell me my insurance will only pay for a 3 months supply after I confirmed with my insurance it will cover a 1 month supply, I am moving all my prescriptions from this terrible business. I would not recommend. There are still plenty of other options out there that communicate better with the customer and not try and get more money out of you by telling you falsehoods about what your insurance covers.

I bought soap here to wash my bird with. Surprised the had bird soap. Pretty cool only the second time I’ve been to a Walgreens. Very impressed with the soap. Cleaned my bird so good you’d wish it didn’t clean my bird so good. Anyway. If you’re ever wondering if Walmart has bird soap they do. So stop at your local Wendy’s today because they have the meats!

From Nebraska and on Easter Sunday realized I didnt have enough insulin with me. Called Walgreens and the lady in the pharmacy went above and beyond to make sure I got the insulin I needed. My insurance company wasnt cooporative so she found a coupon to get me the lowest price available. Thanks for helping me out!

In and out quickly friendly staff had what I needed no long lines

Went with husband to get 2nd. dose of vaccine, appointment was at 645pm left at 9pm lost his paperwork we just thought they were running behind. Dont think we will go there again for any type of shot.

It is fast on filling your prescriptions and they also have some groceries and fresh milk you can pick up in store if you arent using the drive through. They have a 2 lane drive through. There is a Duncan Donuts shop right next door if you are looking for a quick breakfast.

Had an insurance issue for my kidney transplant meds, and Rockfalls Walgreens helped me out with an emergency fill to hold me over until we get it situated, friendly service and prompt care in dealing with my medications.

Always so pleased with the service at Walgreens Rock Falls.Pharmacy technicians will move Heaven and Earth to solve any physicians mishaps. The pharmacy technician will receive your script & get you on your way.They take great care of your prescription and even going as far as not altering your doctors persuasion of care. Youll get what the doctor ordered and nothing less.

Clean store. Friendly, and helpful staff. Things are easy to find.

Sat in drive thru for 10 min and when it was our turn they helped someone else, and got meds wrong. This is why i started going to Walmart.

This is a great Walgreens. They always have friendly service in both the store and the pharmacy.

Love all employees including most all pharmicist & mgr.s here. Carrie in cosmetics, Warren at front register, Jenni & Barbie in Pharmacy all go above & beyond the norm customer care. ThankU RockFalls Walgreens for taking such good care of us!:D
