We are certainly satisfied with Brothers Flooring. We have used them several times. They are so helpful when you go into the store & try to choose something. Their workers show up on time & keep you informed what is going on. I am sure we will use them again on another project.

Excellent service! Keith helped us design a beautiful shower, and he and his staff oversaw every aspect of completing our project. I love the new trough style drain. I highly recommend Brothers Flooring!

Not at all satisfied. I called a week ago and spoke to Sandy about seeing if we could get laminate floor to finish our bedroom project. Weve used Brothers in the past. Was told shed look up account and call me back. Never heard anything back. Took my business elsewhere.

Wonderful customer service. Large selection

My husband and I moved to the area and were wanting to make some updates to our new home. After a recommendation for Brothers Flooring to install hardwood flooring...we were pleased with the selection and service we received every step of the way. They went above and beyond to accommodate our timetable and complete the job on time. We also used Brothers Flooring for carpet, wood blinds, and tile backsplash. We’ve been so pleased with the work done, and the friendliness and professionalism of those doing the work. Highly recommended!Dan and Kim McEntee
