Worst car rental place ever the manager had some new girl answer phones with no trained staff to help her so I was told all the wrong information and my plans was messed up due to that then I ask questions about insurance and she then says well it seems to her I do not have everything i need she was rude assuming just cause i ask a question i didnt have any if you all want a bad experience then go to this place why would you leave a new person alone to answer phones knowing shes not fully trained and will possibly give out the wrong information this place is terrible and not put together well

To rent a vehicle the paperwork takes quite a while even though they already had my information from a previous rental. when i was finished with the truck i stopped at Caseys to fill the gas tank as required. it cost $8.00. when i got my invoice in the mail a few days later i saw i had been charged $10.00 because whoever checked the gas gauge obviously didnt see the peg was on full. its easy to add extra charges to someones credit card thinking no one will notice. well, i did notice.

Always a great deal, never any problems.
