Although they seem to have less merchandise than they use to, still store is clean, people are friendly, and I would recommend coming here for your arts and crafts needs.

This location is always friendly and great customer service. Always greeting you with a smile and looking to see if they can assist you in the store. This is our spot and the people are an added bonus to great products.

When I went to check out I was told the flowers I picked out were not in the system, so I couldnt buy them. It apparently happens with some frequency based on some comments from the employees. When I asked if I could just have them you would have thought that Id asked them to empty out the register and hand the cash to me. They threw them away instead. While I am certainly not entitled to free flowers just because I wanted them, the idea of perfectly useable items just being thrown away makes me really uncomfortable. I dont know how much merchandise makes its way to the dumpster this way, but I imagine its a disturbing amount.

I love this store. I can find most of the things I need for all the many art and craft projects I take on. The employees may not always know exactly what I am talking about but they always try to be as helpful as possible.

Went in for a quick purchase. Three employees were behind the counter discussing a product amongst themselves. After 5 minutes one said I will be right with you. Waiting and still having conversation and was ignored. Walked out. Will not be back! Poor front end cashiers/customer service.

First time there & i loved the experience. It was a sad occasion for my visit but people were so friendly price not bad....

This was the first time Ive been to a Michaels. I wanted to see what kind of deals they had on Cricut. They have a lot of items for Cricut. Also, they had a sale on the products. I wished I couldve bought some items but I wasnt sure if it would be a good idea to put them in the suitcases.I have a 4 stars even though I didnt buy anything. It just that a couple employees walked by and didnt even greet or even ask if I was looking for anything.

The store was clean, and there was a bunch of craft items, from puzzles to frames for pictures, wedding albums, paints, paint supplies, drawing supplies, miniature planes, cars etc. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because some things are kinda pricey. The associates were friendly and helpful.

Framing department is very impressive and her ideas for framing 18c master was amazing

I am a crafty person and love teaching my children all types of craft for them to explore their own creativity from within. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 would be for the knowledge of its workers. Recently I am not for sure if the last few employees they hired (and not just at one location here but others too) are even into crafts but even if not you should know the merchandise a little to be able to assist with customer service. Lately I give up with asking for help. You ask one who doesnt know, who ask another person who doesnt know, who then goes to another person who again doesnt know, and no one even offers to walk over to the section to even glance or look to help or try to figure out. There is usually only about 3 or 4 associates in the store anyway and this includes the cashier and the person working in framing which explains why I could be on one side of the store and have to walk over the store to the other side looking for someone to even ask a question to. I can even show a picture of what Im looking for and its still no help. Maybe its the culture of workers now....dont know. However, I can say it is not because the associates are young students or college workers who have a dont care attitude. These associates are mature middle age to older workers whom you would assume would give better service and have better work ethics. But the customer service is not the quality it used to be years ago!

All the supplies I needed. Being part of the rewards club handed me discounts that made it cheaper than Amazon.

Michaels is for every type of artist. From the hobbyist to the professional, you will usually find what you need. I consider my self to be a professional artist (drawing) and I find everything I need.

Typically I love Michaels and their selection but recently the shelves have looked bare. Also the normal specials and sales have been hit or miss. I attribute it to the healthy competition between stores like AC Moore (that has recently gone out of business) and Hobby Lobby basically being nonexistent right now.

A bit expensive for some items but a great selection of products.

Easy in and out, the customers were on top of me not staying 6 feet apart but the sales associates were very helpful assiting in my needs.

I love these kind of stores. Good deals often and you go in for 1 thing and find so many other great things.

I bought some fill this r many stuffed animals and I got the last 5 lb. Box. Glad I went when I did. Great story visually but they still need staff on the floor available to help their patrons.

Had just what I needed for my project and helpful, pleasant staff.

I ordered clear glass blocks a few times now. EACH TIME at least one of them were broken. The store doesnt carry the small blocks so I had to exchange with larger ones and pay the difference. With my lung problems, getting out in public each time to exchange was dangerous for me.

Went in just before closing. While there were several customers at the checkout, I wanted to just look to see what items were on sale for decorating for the current season. Great craft store. Get your markers and paints and stuff here. Also they sell some decent stuff for baking if your into that. Silicon molds and other baking tools. Very cool and very friendly staff. Get your imagination on and make some arts and crafts.

I always love this store but there is a very rude cashier. Her name was hollis, i have experienced her rudeness before. But this time she was rude to my daughter and confused her. And just when she thought no one could hear her she mumbled under her breath a smart comment about my daughter. And tried to blame it about talking in her ear bud. Then got smart and then decided to talk to me like i was 2 years old. Poor customer service like this causes people to not want to visit the store.

A number of online items were not in stock and ship to store wasnt available for this location. The sale and clearance priced items werent ringing up correctly and the older cashier became irritated because we called it to her attention. Instead of getting assistance, she continued to ignore my complaint so I declined to pay for several items. Then she shook her head as I proceeded to pay with my digital card when all she had to do was scan my phone with her gun then input the pin number.

Nice place to get craft type stuff. They also have stuff you can buy for kids for presents. The staff is always nice but it is sometimes hard to find someone to ask where something is. I am usually running in here picking something up for my wife or daughter on lunch break. It would be nice to have someone walking around to help direct people who are not familiar with the store. Still a great place for crafty stuff.

Rudest associate ever! Hollis the associate rudely tells us “we close in 10 minutes!” Doesn’t offer to help with anything and walks off. Other associates were polite and offered to help. We were in and out within 5 minutes because we knew exactly what we needed. As she checked us out she told us our total didn’t thank us for our service. Will definitely call the manager tomorrow!

As much as I enjoy crafting, it really bugs me that Michaels doesnt honor their online clearance sales in their store. I found a yarn I liked that was on clearance on their website, so I headed out to buy some. But there was no clearance sign at the yarn, so I asked a manager to check the price. After discovering that it scanned at full price, I asked her if she would honor the online clearance sale. She told me that per company policy, the store does not honor online clearance prices. Other than that, the store is always very clean and organized, so this one incident, while incredibly off-putting, hasnt deterred me from shopping at Michaels.

Order was placed and ready in a timely manner. They brought my order out shortly after I called on arrival.

Okay I went to this Michaels a couple times for items they should have had and either they didnt have enough stock or in the case of the other day I was looking for glycerin to make homemade bubbles for bubble blowing they should have had it because its a craft type thing and they did not very disappointing when youre supposed to have it and you dont the other item that I was looking for that they didnt have was the craft rings that basically look like super mini keychain rings I got to the spot where they should have had them and they were all out but overall Michaels is a good place to get craft stuff but they need to stock the shelves better frankly and carry stuff they should be caring

So I order a sewing machine from michaels online . When item was purchase it showed available. Therefore, an hour later I received a cancellation stating product wasn’t available, but nothing about me receiving my money back ! I contacted Michaels in regards to this, and was told I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back ! Why? You took my money and your product wasn’t available, but when I ordered the item in showed available? I want my money!!!!

Today they had a great selection. I found these lil chicks on sale for .99
