Receptionist seemed very frustrated and flustered. Mind you this is at 9am, the beginning of the business day. She was also dressed unprofessionally like someone going to a rock concert. Instead of wearing a uniform or proper work attire. Both times I have come here there is a large older white male always taking an excessivly long smoke break while there is a line of customers waiting for there vehicles to be serviced. The other two mechanics Jerry and Gabe were very helpful and knowledgeable.

My husband recently had to have some warranty work done on his car. We had an awesome experience using ntb. Chris the manager was super nice and jerry the mechanic was wonderful! We will definitely be returning for any future work that may be required.

Made an appointment to have oil change and tires rotated with a 2PM time. Dropped car off at 1:55PM for service. I knew there was only 1 services writer. I decided to leave and go to my office to work instead of waiting in the lobby. It is a good thing I didn’t wait. Came back to NTB at 5:30 to pick my car up and wouldn’t you know they haven’t serviced it. What is the point in making an appointment? I was going to give them 2 hours to service but I got busy working. Now I am debating on whether I just buy new tires when I need to replace them! I know that the “Pandemic” made people lazy but this is ridiculous!!
Great people! Great place to service your car. Wait times are a little longer due to short staffing but that’s everywhere. Overall I do all my servicing needs with NTB Rock Hill.
Clean store but worn out lobby seating. First impressions at check in may make you cringe, but just move over to another representative because the car care svc is worth it. Techs are thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Will not try to overcharge you or offer unecessary stuff. Techs showed respect for all genders and cultures. They have a military and other discounts.
Gabe and Mike were amazing. Honestly everyone there was super sweet. They assured me that they were going to take care of me and they definitely did. I got my brakes done and they sound so much better, no issues. Thank y’all!
Had some tire and what I thought was battery issues. They inspected and assured me things were OK. Tire pressure monitor kept turning back on so Gabe checked all five tires and found I was running a little low air for the tire monitors. He aired me up and I am good to go. Good patient service. Mary, on the front desk, is excellent, too. Good service and care. Much appreciated.
The guys in the back are great! Working hard to make sure each car they touch is done right! Would recommend calling prior to coming in, as they are short staffed.

Its obvious that the people that work here really care about their customers. They can use another technician or two its like everybody needs help these days. So if you know how to work on cars put in an application!
11 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, still here 2 hours later.🙄🤔🙄. So I asked the guy and apparently an 11 am appointment DOESNT mean your car will be serviced around that time, just means your car will get service sometime that day. Theyre just starting on the service. I was told thats how the car service industry works. Id be good with in and out within an hour of that time, but Ill be in and out in maybe 3.
My family and I were passing through from Georgia to North Carolina to visit with family when we had a tire fail. A inconsiderate driver forced us from our lane and off on the shoulder. The tire completely failed with no possibility of being repaired, which meant we needed a new tire. After changing the tire alongside the interstate we found the nearest tire place and got here just before closing. After explaining our circumstance they stayed late to get us back on the road. Thank you for taking care of us!!!

I tried to call 3 times, was put on hold for 5+ minutes twice, no answer on 3rd try so I stopped in store for a quote. The guy running the counter finished his cigarette while I waited inside. Then the price I was given was nearly $200 more than any of the other stores I contacted. I do not recommend.
I had my oil changed on Sunday April 11th 2021. At that time I made an appointment to have all 4 tires changed on Sunday the 25th of April. They changed their hours on April 23 rd and never bothered to contact me. Imagine my surprise when I arrived today to find the store closed. Why no one contacted me shows a great lack of professionalism on their part. They have just lost my entire families business for wasting our time. I expect a response, if I dont recieve one within 48 hours I will contact corporate and expect compensation for my time or should I say, my wasted time. No excuse for this to happen.
We have purchased at least 6 sets of tires from them. Have had no issues getting them to honor the tire warranty when we have a flat. Good prices. Only downside is that they are short staffed.
Discovered my tires were shot. Mike fixed us right up with some great riding Michelins. Gabe got them on and now I have a safe ride again. Both hard working guys that do their best during these stressful days. NTB by Publix and Taco Bell.

I would not recommend going there unless you have 2 hours to wait for an oil change. Got there 15 minutes before my 8:30 appointment time and they did not get to my car until 8:44. Finally got out of the door at 10:10. Almost 2 hours later.
1 STAR BECAUSE IT WONT GO ANY LOWER. I Have been going to this location for YEARS, as it is the closest place to my house.. It is 50/50 if youre even going to get your vehicle serviced at all when you drop it off, regardless if you make an appointment days or weeks in advance, which I always have. Please do not ever expect them to even call you if they do get the work done, or even call to tell you its not going to be able to get done. You will have to call or just show up at the location to find out the bad news. Saturday 1/5/19 made an appointment online for 10 a.m. for a balance and oil change. Met my wife there the next morning on my way home from work and dropped it off promptly at 10 a.m.. went home and went to sleep for the next 5 hours. Even gave them my wifes number as a contact for that reason. I wake up at 3 p.m. and as usual have not received any calls. It has to be done, you would think, right? Went down there to get my vehicle and it had not been touched. Still parked in the same spot I left it. Response from the counter person is that they got busy even though I was there an hour after they opened and it was now less than an hour before they closed. His attitude was like it was no big deal it happens all the time. Well today will be the last time it happens to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. YOU WILL LEAVE WITH NO WORK DONE AND VERY UPSET.
One of the best NTBs I have been to yet. Came in to get my car inspected for Uber/lyft. Samantha behind the counter had really good customer service. The mechanic Gabe did a great job as well. They both got me in and out of there in no time and with no hassle.
Folks are friendly enough... however. Came in the day before to get a tire repaired. Not many cars in lot or in the bay, so I thought I got lucky and could wait for the repair. But no, couldnt get to it though I could leave the vehicle and they could have it ready the next day or i could make an appointment. I made the appointment as early as I could so I wouldnt be late for work. Arrived 720 am for a 730 appt to find it would be 8 before they can get to it, explaining that two people called in.It is very frustrating, it seems customers just arent important anymore.... that we need you more than you need us. Ha, good luck with that.
Terrible! Dropped my car off at 9:00 am and nobody serviced it at all when I went to get it back until 5:00pm

This morning I had a flat tire on my way to work. Luckily, we live close enough to NTB to make it safely after putting air it in. I spoke with Mike to make sure they were able to get my car in. The estimated wait time ended up being quite a bit longer due to a few staffing issues BUT when I picked my car up they willingly made it right after having to grab an Uber to get to work and pick it up at the end of the day.We’ve taken our vehicles there many times and will continue to support this location!!
Never Again...Last Oil change I had done a few months ago there was an issue where they improperly replaced the oil filter causing oil to cover the skid plate and frame rails of my truck. NTB had to pay someone to pressure wash my driveway and they had to remove skid plate and clean everything.I decided to give them another chance as this location is very convenient for me. This visit I made it clear to the the sales associate what happened last time and even offered to explain to the tech. She said she would tell them and make sure that this did not happen again this time.When I picked up my truck first think I checked was the skid plate and it was covered in oil again. I told them and was told to schedule another appointment to clean it. I made it clear that was not an option based on last experience. Another guy came out and told me that if his workmans comp gets messed up then I would be hearing from a lawyer. So not only did they perform poor quality but now Im being threatened by a lawyer? Once he pulled it into the bay another tech came up and loudly said something like What is he whining about one drip or 2 drips. I wish I had taken a picture of the oil pool sitting in the skid plate.They took skid plate off and cleaned. Then appeared to improperly reinstall using impact with too much torque. I took home and had to finish cleaning it myself as there was oil still all over frame.Never Again...
The staff were very friendly and courteous! They were able to get me in near closing time for 2 new tires and a synthetic oil change even though I didnt have an appointment! Fair prices on tires and a very comfortable waiting room. They quoted me a price on brakes, which was ridiculously high, but I would obviously have those done somewhere else. Overall great service for the products I needed! I would definitely go back if in the area.
I called on a Monday and made an appointment for the following Wednesday (day before Thanksgiving.) I took the day off and arrived 15 min before scheduled appointment time, my name was on the board and I was asked after I told them my name “what was I having done?” What am I having done? Look at your computer and tell me! So anyways, I then was told they didn’t have the tire that I made the appointment for on Monday in stock and that since it was a Holiday week they couldn’t get them. However I was then told they had another set I could get and was quoted $440 more than the set I was originally wanting. Made me feel as if they “were doing me a favor” by stating this set was better quality. I felt as if they thought since I was there I would just do it. Nope no way! I’m not going to just get something that I didn’t originally want since you failed to order them. I will never return and would not recommend to anyone.
So disappointed in the Customer Service here. My husband took a day off work to get our car repaired today after we made an appointment 4 days ago. He dropped off the car and the guy that waited on him (the manager, Mike) acted like he didn’t want to do the work. He informed my husband that he wasn’t sure if he’d have the time to do it. Really? Why do we have an appointment then?We came home and then received a phone call Mike that “the mechanic” called out for the day so they wouldn’t be able to work on our car. (How ironic) So you’re telling me y’all have 1 mechanic? When he calls out, all service stops?Since moving to Rock Hill we have always gone to NTB since it is right around the corner from us. We have spent thousands of dollars there. And that’s another thing... the manager Mike asked my husband several times if he had ever been there before. We have been loyal customers for years, so that goes to show that the turnaround must be high.Never again will we step foot in that store.But I would like to say, we dealt with Gabe in diagnosing what the issue was with our car. He was very personable and great to work with.
I went to get an oil change and Sam was there to help me he was a very nice guy scheduled me for the oil change while doing the oil change they noticed I needed two tires which I already knew we discussed prices I explained I couldn’t afford them right know he explain a couple of options with no pressure to buy them right then like most places do when my car was ready I went to pay Sam said there would be no charge I couldn’t believe it something like that Has never happened to me before you can bet when I do get new tires or anything involving my car I will be going to see Sam thank you very much for your help customer for life
Today service was slow. It took 4.5 hours to perform an oil change, tire rotation and balance and front end alignment. They found a nail in a tire that had to be repaired and had to do the alignment twice because the first time the steering wheel wasnt centered when complete. These added some time but 4.5 hours is still too long. They need to hire more staff or more efficient staff or reduce the amount of work they take in. I have been taking my vehicles to this location for 13 or 14 years and plan to continue but I really need to see some improvement.
Bought $1100.00 in new tires.They threw out 4 new GMAC custom valve caps from Chevrolet Equinow. and replaced with4 black rubber caps !
I had scheduled an appointment about 4 days in advance. When I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time they told me it would take over an hour, which is fine. I told them I would be back the next day when they opened to pick up my car. When I got there in the morning it took 10 minutes for an employee to assist me and then told me they had not finished my car! I am beyond frustrated at the poor customer service and lack of delivery of a promised service in a timely manner. I will not return to NTB and will not encourage others to use this facility.
Horrible service and very uncaring about consumers time. Also the manner was very rude and was coughing and wiping his nose with his hand. He also didnt respect the 6ft rule with this virus going on. He also was talking to me like I was unaware of the warnings my car give when it need different services. I was very unplease with their customer service and I will not be returning
I called and spoke to the manager Mike about purchasing new tires. He told me to come in at 12 noon. I arrived at 11:45. This is totally unacceptable. was there until 4:45 pm. I will never do business with your company or refer anyone again.
Gabe and Laura were extremely helpful and friendly. They both made my experience less stressful however the man working the counter the next day didn’t provide that same service. I had to call multiple times in one day to find out if my car was ready. Overall I would go back to this location out of convenience.
Ive taken both of my cars to this location now and both times I ended up with issues. I also asked them to rotate the tires and they said that I had a brake issue that could be fixed for around $400. I opted out because I hadnt noticed the problem. I did notice that I had a slight oil leak when I got back home. It appears that the oil filter wasnt tightened enough and oil was leaking out around the fitting. I tightened it myself and resolved the issue (thinking stuff happens). The 2nd time I took my truck in for an oil change and I also bought new tires. I asked them to check the brakes because I had noticed some vibrations when I stopped. They called me back to say that the brakes were fine but that I had a suspension issue and it would cost about $1500 to have it fixed. I chose to wait and paid for the tires and oil change. However, when I got the truck home there was a lot of oil underneath where I park in the driveway, I took it to a local mechanic and it ended up only being some oil that needed to be cleaned up from a sloppy job when it was replaced. While he had it in his shop, I had him check the brakes and the suspension. Turns out the suspension is fine and didnt need to be replaced but my rear brakes were the issue. I had him fix it for a fraction of the cost. This has solved the problem I had mentioned with the vibrations. Needless to say, I will probably NEVER go to this place again. I hate to post something negative, but after having issues TWICE, I feel that this will save someone else the trouble. Looks to me like theyre dishonest and trying to swindle people out of more money. Its really a shame because due to my work schedule this place is much more convenient than some of my other options.
Bought a set of tires last year. First time on a highway I noticed a vibration at speeds over 60mph. Took it back twice, but problem was not fixed. Was told rims were bent. Decided to live with it since wheel repairs are expensive and we mostly use the vehicle around town. We are going on a long trip so I decided to bite the bullet and have the rims repaired. Took vehicle to a shop that specializes in wheel repair and was told that there was nothing wrong with the rims. Apparently NTB cannot properly balance tires. Tires were rebalanced and now the vehicle runs smoothly with no vibration. Hard to believe a company that specializes in tires cannot cannot perform basic services.
The worst experience ever. Was told my jeep would be done the next day. Wasnt done for over a week. They told me one thing was wrong, over paid for it. And the jeep still had the same exact problem! They do not know what they are doing and lazy workers.
I had an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. I arrived on time. The service took 1 hour 40 minutes. I was told I needed new front brakes and given an estimate to replace them. The price seemed high so I called somewhere else. I was able to get new front brakes for $300 less than NTBs quote.
Used a coupon to get the oil change and tire rotation. After leaving, I noticed a noise with the tires. After a test ride, it appeared I hadnt taken good care of the tires and they had soft spots on them (areas where the rubber had worn down). So thankfully they had a tire sale (buy 2 get 2) and they also installed the new wipers I bought last year that Hendricks never put on for me. Good people work here.
This place is HORRIBLE! If I could leave a zero star review I would. I made an appointment to have my wheels aligned online. Let me say the only reason I had to make this appointment was because when they installed my four brand-new tires they did not align it properly. Their appointments were never convenient so I finally had to get it done because I was going to be traveling 100 miles to work. I wanted to make sure everything was safe. The appointment time was for 5 oclock when I arrived it took at least 10 minutes to get checked in. Partly because there was a woman that stepped out of the waiting room that had been waiting for 45 minutes in her car had not been moved. One of the people that works there was getting off even though the lobby was full. The lady whos car had not been touched said that he was the one that actually checked her in and when the gentleman that was still working when I asked him he said oh no I didnt do it. The worker even had to sit outside and wait for his ride. I was told that it would be done by 6 oclock at the latest even though he was going to have to do it himself.After arriving back at 6:45 the car had not been touched. The poor guy that was working was trying his best. This is a management issue or maybe online allowing overbooking I dont know. When someone finally got in my car they did not have she covers on nor did they have gloves so God only knows what theyre doing to it. I am writing this review as Im sitting outside waiting. It is now 7 oclock. Hopefully the alignment will be be done properly. Im not very confident. If you have a choice I would not choose to come here. I can promise you the next set of tires I buy will not be from here thats for sure.

I’d really like to see this place under new management, bc it used to have exceptionally good customer service @ Dave Lyle location.They won my business via telephone, while going down the list, calling many places to price my tires. I’m not even sure they were cheapest after that, but stayed loyal... fast forward 1year to the place being top-worst place to go & I’ll be forever letting my ppl know...!Avoid this new location (3174 Heckle Ave. in RH) at all costs! It is pure nonsense & yesterday (11/06/19) was without a doubt the last time I will have stepped foot in that heaping pile... the end. You’re welcome!

Dropped car off Tuesday for a/c repair. We knew they probably wouldnt get to it till the next day. It is now Saturday late afternoon and still dont have it done. How much time does it actually take to change an a/c compressor? They got the warranty Wednesday. They got compressor Thursday late. Wife call friday said it would be done yesterday and they didnt finish. Called today and still no call and they are almost closed. What gives with this place and there time frames. I will never bring another car here willing again

I was just getting an oil change with a coupon. A conventional oil change for $20. The price was good. What I didnt like was, when I made the appointment, they said it would take about 45 minutes. But when I got there, they said it would take about an hour and a half. I ended up leaving the vehicle with them and getting my daughter to pick me up.
I came in at 7:30am for a simple balance and rotation with an alignment. After 2 and a half hours I finally get my vehicle back on to find that the alignment is still way off. So i am back here again which has now costed me 3 hours of time. Staff would not communicate with me and seem aggravated by my presence.Update: Spoke with the service manager Mike who explained why it was taking so long and why it was so hard to get my vehicle aligned and offered a free oil change. Earned my business back
Scheduled appointment here to have truck serviced and when I showed up, no one was up front when I arrived, so I waited patiently until someone finally returned to greet me. But once he finally did, he seemed to act as if I was bothering him---(like what the heck do I want?) I explained I had a scheduled appointment for service and he walks off into the back without a word? (REALLY!) The attitude from this guy and lack of customer service is beyond disturbing! Its disappointing because I have used this place before many times when it was Tire Kingdom. I recently used NTB at Myrtle Beach and received excellent service! So to walk in and experience this today after taking off from work to have my truck serviced was upsetting. Luckily I was able to find another service company nearby to fix my truck today so my day was not a total waste!
Dont buy anything that has a rebate, because if the rebate center doesnt come through NTB washes their hands of you. I wish the store manager would have included that in his sales pitch about upgrading the tires. I uave called several times and have gotten the run around not too mention 4 phone numbers and corporaye is a joke.Dont fall for it!!!!Im pretty sure that is an auto reply, but yes giving me back yhe rebate amount would work
I ordered and set up a appointment a week out. Called one day before they said my tires havent came in. I was not a happy camper called back later to find out they had come in the person I talked to didnt go look was just going by the computer. Bought my truck in that morning left it and picked it up that afternoon. Tires look and feel good. And they did a great job putting them on. I will be back.
Had an appointment at 9:30 this morning to get a set of tires and no one was there. They were supposed to open at 9 but had apparently decided not to open due to inclement weather. Would have been nice if someone would have called me to reschedule my appointment.

Do not use this shop. They have the worse customer service etiquette I’ve called and was put on hold because he had to look up something on the computer. After like 10 minutes I hung up and called again the guy then put me on hold again so I hung up. I then called again and got another guy and was trying to ask about a tire and if they had it in stock, I tried telling him that I was on hold for almost 45 minutes and he laughed and told me that the other guy stepped out for a minute. That’s not right he should have helped me then stepped out. I finally got the information that I was looking for.
I needed an alignment. I went online to book appointment and decided to call because Ive had issues before making appointments online and then getting a call from the locations that they are overbooked or their alignment machine is down. When I called I spoke to a young lady whom was very pleasant. I asked if they could accommodate an alignment today, she said what time were you looking and I told her as soon as she had the availability. She told me to come on in now. Im 10 minutes away, I get to the location at 1pm. I gave the man away the counter my information of the vehicle and what I needed done. He took my keys.... At 3:35pm I ask the same man does he have an estimated on how much longer it was going to take. He goes in the back and came back to tell me his tech is getting ready to pull my car in now...... Wait! What? Ive been here for 2 and a half hours and you havent touched my car? Unacceptable very disappointed. Why have me come in to wait over 2 hours? Why not just tell me over the phone your next available time is ....?
I read the negative reviews and was a little hesitant in coming. When I got there, there were signs regarding the new management. The service manager, Jessica, was polite and courteous. I was greeted quick, and services discussed. The work was completed quickly and properly, and all this on a SATURDAY!
Made appointment online for an oil change and arrived 10 minutes early. It was 2 hours before they completed the oil change. It was 1.5 hours before they even got my car into the service bay!Sure glad I made an appointment!
They were awesome fixed my tire.. had a nice size hole in it. Didnt take no time!
My starter in my car went two days before Christmas. They got me in fast and finished it fast. I was even able to pick it up on Christmas Eve. Extremely satisfied repeat customer.
Unfortunately this visit was not a good one for NTB. In fact it was so bad I doubt I will ever go back there. There are other places that give much faster service at similar pricing. My beef - an oil change that took nearly 2 hours and this after I arrived early for my appointment. My time is worth much more than trying to save a few bucks on an oil change. I fear for NTB that Jiffy Lube or similar place will be doing my next change. There was another fellow in the waiting room who had been there nearly 4 hours when I left and his car was still not ready - his issue; he was getting four tires for his van. The guy was also as upset as I was on the slow service for a routine item.

At first I was extremely frustrated because my tire was unable to be fixed and I needed a new one. The warranty I bought when I got my tires was not explained correctly (I thought it was for the life of the tires, not a certain amount of time). Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and understood exactly what I was paying for. After being frustrated I thought I would never go back ther again, but after my experience with Mike, this will be the only place I go.
We were about an hour away from home. Picked up a tire flattening puncture after driving through some road debris. Called the nearest NTB and they recommended a tow company for us to get our car to them. Tow company was prompt and had us to the NTB just before their closing time. NTB had us back on the road within the hour, doing the work with professionalism. Thanks for getting us taken care of before closing, NTB.

Charlie and Dj are the two who normally do my oil changes and its always on point and done correctly. Earlier today I had low pressure in my tires and ask if they could add air, one of the guys did it with out hesitation and a smile in his face. I really appreciate it! Thank you guys!
Horrible experience. This place is over priced. Went in to get an oil changed, they took 3hrs. When I leave I pull down my visor and the whole metal piece came off and was dangling from one side. So I was obviously upset. I took it back the next day and they denied having done that, ofcourse. They took rhe car to fix it and it lasted about a day. That is when I realized all they did was super glue the visor and the metal bar to the inside ceiling. So I cannot use my visor at all because the whole bar drops down and blocks my vision while driving. So I will never go back to this place again or recommend this place to anyone. If they would have just admitted to having broken something in my car and fixed it then I wouldnt have gotten so upset, but that was not the case.
My experience was good this time, in the previous appointment I had set for an alignment they had me wait an hour just to tell me it would be another hour and a half because they forgot about a van that needed some work done on it.
This place is now NTB and is a RIP-OFF. $98 to do an alignment! It is half this price at Drums Tire. Do yourself a favor and take your car to Drums. They are much nicer and will do a better job for half the price!
If I could give negative stars I would!! My wife picked up a screw in her tire and I realized it when I walked by the car when I got home from work. I live about 5 mins from this location, so I jumped in the car and hurried to get there before they closed. I arrived at @ 10 minutes before 7:00 pm. One of the guys in the bay asked what I needed and I told him I had a tire going flat. He informed me that they were about to close, but I could go up front and ask. I waited almost ten minutes for the guy to get off the phone and for him to try to print something for another customer that was there. At no time did he even address me until he was done with the other guy. Finally when he finished, he asked me what I needed. I told him that I had a tire going flat and was hoping they could take care of it. All I got was a dumb founded look and a response telling me that they were closing. I said really, you are going to send me away with a flat tire and his response was, we close at seven, what do you want me to do. you can bring it back tomorrow. Just to add more information, I had over heard him telling the customer on the phone that he would stay open a little later so he could pick up his car. I have a car and a truck that are in need of tires. It will be a cold day in hell, before I spend a dime at a business that is more concerned about a time clock instead of helping some one in need!!!!
We did not have a good experience here. They are overpriced. They evacuated and recharged the air conditioner in our Subaru and it still isnt working properly. There were so many things we werent happy with. We were going to get tired for our Mini Cooper here since theyre right up the street, but we will go back to Discount Tire. Always good service there.

Had an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation at 9am . Dropped it off at 9 and left it all day while i was at work. Came back at 6 and it still wasnt ready. How does it take 9 hours to do a simple oil change and tire rotation? The only excuse it got is that We were slammed for a while No im sorry for your inconvenience, nothing. I could have done 5 oil changes at home in a 9 hour period. Terrible Terrible service.
The ntb was great fast and so nice people Laura was kind and helpful and the guy that did my oil and tires was so good at his job and kind please let these people know how they did thx to them
Needed a new tire. Quick easy, no pressure. Gave me my options and my tire was replaced and I was safely back on the road.
Went in with nail in our truck tire, and repair service was prompt. Job well done, friendly technician.

Arrived at 7am, we were the first ones there. Had 5 tires and 5 rims to be mounted and placed on a Jeep. I told Mike the manager that I needed it by 11 because I had a flight to catch. At 11:15, they had done nothing, so I picked everything up and will have to take somewhere else. What a waste of my time!
Excellent work done at This Location, Heckle Blvd. You need tire and Automotive work done, head there way, they are the best down that way.
NTB got me in and out in 30min, got 4 new tires and a front alignment, manager and staff were very professional and fast. Very Satisfied and will continue to use them in the future
HORRIBLE. Walked in at 7:32p.m. asked manager to plug a tire. Technician took car back and manager asked if I was paying cash or card. I said cash. He said good cause Ive already closed down system. (At 7:30? Close at 8..) he then asked me to just pay the technician. So when tire was plugged I asked for a receipt. Was rudely told..... Maam I cant print you one. The system is closed down. so I said to him ok...you dont close until 8p.m. youve already closed out your system and you want me to pay your technician directly so he just puts that in his pocket and theyre is no paper showing the work was done??? He started to say something else and I just threw up my hands and said WHATEVER and walked out. So..... I wonder how many other people have paid in cash and no paperwork was done??? NEVER use them!!!
DO NOT GO TO THE NTB ON HECKLE. They show favoritism and dont know how to treat people respectful. Dont waste your gas or your money on such a low life place as this.
Scheduled a appointment for an oil change. Appointment was 9:30 am and was done by 11. Staff nice and helpful.
Well, I went in to get routine oil change. I found that the battery was almost at end of life . Also the brakes needed to be replaced. Now, you might think... are they scamming me ! But I trust NTB. They did the check service and found these problems. Theres no pressure at NTB. Since the SUV his my husbands he needed to approve the work. The following Monday I went to get brakes done. When the brakes were done the service person told me that they found a crack in the main hose to the radiator. That fluid was leaking and they could replace it right now. Again you might say... what is going on ? I was not surprised because I had found some fluid on the garage floor. I thought it was condensation. When, I checked out I was given the paper for a $60.00 rebate and I used my 10.00 coupon from Friday. I appreciate the through job that NTB people do. I dont like having to spend the money but I know my husband is safe on the road. Clean place to wait. Good coffee. T.V. and internet access.. Very friendly staff who go above duty. Thanks,Julian
Super long wait time. I was charged for something my truck doesnt have!! My 2005 Toyota doesnt have TPMS. Makes me question their honesty and integrity.

This place is slow. Had appt. for 9:00am for oil change. Got there about 10 till. Got out about 10 after 10. Between going out to smoke, talking to other employee,helping another employee, and just regular slowness, I cancelled the alignment check I was supposed to have. If you got a lot of time to waste, go there on Heckle Blvd.
