The staff on the phone were so rude when we called and needed to return our cooler and cancel service. They refuse to call me back to schedule a pick up and openly mocked me. The rude employee on the phone refused to give me his name. It has been a week now, and I have spoken with four different people at Pepsi and none of them have provided the actual service that we need. I highly recommend small businesses go with another vendor.

Pepsico rock hill has two of the worst mangers i ever seen.one is never there the other is just flat out lazy and useless .they both have no problem putting employees safety at risk.this company average over 800000 in damage a year.very very poor training.have inside relationships with other employees that they allow.always trying to hide problems from upper management.and pepsico policy on damage products is if it damage enter it in as so but this location counts it in as good so it looks like they dont have as many .this is told to do by unit and so called warehouse manger.and most donation are for themself to give to people they no.upper management never let them no when you are going to show up .reason is when you do thats when all your stores are done the right way.just show up then go out and see how they really look day to day.and talk to the managers .most never see management from pepsi you can not see how good of a job your employees do if you are over that and thats your job sitting at the plant playing on the computer.compare your management to coca cola and the store mangers will tell you there always in there and no who they are.
