Good price on any kind of shoes

Just left Rack Room in Rock Hill S.C. to drive to another location because the manager named Kaitlin proceeded to harass me. She complained loudly to another employee about people leaving trash on the shelves when there were trash cans. She then informed me that there were trash cans to put trash in because l had placed some of the stuffing material from the shoeboxes on a shelf while l continued to shop. I had planned to restuff the shoes and put them back on the shelf after l had made up my mind which shoes I would purchase. I had also left two pairs of shoes that I had planned on purchasing on one of the benches and she questioned me about them and l told her l was not finished. I informed her how rude she was asked for her name. My husband and l then went to the checkout counter to get store information so we could contact the corporate office. I had four pairs of shoes picked out. I will never shop at this location again. Its hard to believe she is a manager with absolutely no common sense or customer service capabilities. She needs to be replaced with a manager who want to sell shoes! Absolutely an awful experience.

I went in and picked up my order that I placed on line,and the young lady behind the counter was very nice and Friendly....great customer service.....She was very nice and courteous...very nice girl..cant remember her name...she was a short girl with braids in her hair....she was just a really nice person....

Ok but very disappointed they only offer military discount on Tuesday we veterans didnt serve our country only on Tuesdays not sure if Ill shop there again

Surprisingly every size I needed for my family was available in the store. My favorite was finding the crocs charms stocked with many choices to choose from. Staff is kind and helpful.

The store was clean. The employees were really nice. They lacked a lot of sizes in the different shoes. They had a ton of one size and none of other sizes. A little disappointing.

Be advised that if you wear their shoes one time they will not return them. I bought a pair of boots ($75 down the drain) that after wearing them one time received gashes in my ankles from the poor quality. Im talking skin removed from my ankles. I even explained that to them. The sales lady told me This is why we tell you to try them out at home on carpet first to make sure they are comfortable so you dont get stuck with them. Neither you or your staff informed me of this ridiculous policy. First of all I do not have carpet, and secondly, that is not how you find out how they will feel on your feet. You have to ACTUALLY WEAR THE SHOES since that is what they are made for. Plus I was not informed of any of this information until I went to return them. I cannot wear them again. I wasted money that I could have used on something else. They sell cheap product for department store prices. I will never shop here again. Unacceptable. I am the customer and I was injured while wearing your product. I just want my money back.

The store is nice with a decent amount of selections . However the blonde employee in there stared at us the whole time . To the point that it was uncomfortable. I even asked her if she was waiting for us to check out in which she replied no and continued to stare. I should have talked to the manager about her and I will the next time I go.

The ladies who work in this shop are the best... Friendly and helpful. Its the only shoe store in Rock Hill where you can get both a great selection and excellent customer service.

We love rack room and usually get the kids shoes here every year. This year they didnt really have much in stock at the store. I had to go online to order. One pair of boots took two weeks to ship. Thats just ridiculous in this day and time to take that long. Whats even better is they only lasted a month before the soles started coming off. We ordered a pair of sketchers and they are holding up ok. Overall this last visit and experience Im not too thrilled.
