Publix is very organized store. All displaced well including produce. Fruits and veggies are better qualities and customer service is excellent in help. Price wise they are slightly higher per unit price.Very handy store for me and very convenient and enjoy shopping there during holiday season.

I can always find what I need or what Im looking for at Publix. It may cost a little more, but Its always fresh, great customer service and fast checkout. Other places dont offer this quality

This is a great market. Clean, great selection, well organized. As a visitor to the area, it makes me wish that Publix were in our market area.

Not the cheapest groceries in town, but what a selection of hard-to-find items! Good quality items, clean store, and helpful staff abound. The freshly-made bread and rolls are great, and be sure to try the mango/key lime pie from the bakery section. Sign up for their Club Publix loyalty program and they will send the occasional $5 off $30 deal.

Publix has been our go to grocery store for the past few years. However, for the past few months I have noticed a severe drop off in the customer service experience. I have commented to my wife on several occasions that it is as if it is an inconvenience to the cashiers and employees bagging our groceries that we are even in the store. I know folks have bad days and I have taken that into consideration in the past, but with the numerous negative experiences my wife and I have had, I finally reached the point that I wanted to provide some feedback. I suppose as most stores move to self-checkout it is difficult to find employees that take pride in being cashiers. Even so, my feelings are that customer service should be at the forefront of what is stressed in employee trainings in order to keep customers coming back. I hope this information can assist with making the shopping experience of my family and others more enjoyable. Take care.

This store has a true wine sommelier. Jim knows wine, the varieties of grapes that give each wine its distinct flavor. He will not push you toward what he thinks you want, he will find out what your palate wants, and steer you towards several options. Very knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to.

Always clean and very well managed. Its always awesome to shop here.

They dont have enough check out people on. Everything else is excellent.

07/7/21: Went to Publix on lunch break to get a fruit bowl. Paid a little over $9 for the bowl. Went back to work & started to eat my fruit and noticed something black on my fruit. Took pictures of it and wrapped it in napkin. Took the rest of the fruit back to Publix along with the item in the napkin. Customer service representative saw it and apologized. They replaced my bowl with another bowl. Great customer service. Just need to be a little more careful when preparing food in containers.

I have drastically reduced my review to one star due to total lack of mask enforcement of employees.I have spoken with the store manager, and customer service people several times, but to no avail.I complimented a single employee for actually wearing his mask correctly.As there is no shopper or delivery service I am forced to warn people to stay away.

The sushi was not fresh and the ingredients were shredded. It smelled fishy in the seafood department - as if some of the items were spoiled. The buttercream cupcakes were mislabeled - the vanilla ones had whipped icing (we hate whipped) but the chocolate fudge ones were good. The appearance and layout of the store is one of the best Ive visited but the issues with the items I purchased would cause me to stay away.

You can always tell when theres a change in management. This store has completely went down hill since Jonas(GM)is gone. Food always looks old. Barely have any chicken. And the management make excuses for the lack thereof. I understand theres a pandemic but that is not an excuse to be nasty..... The manager was not helpful at all. I will never be back to this publix ever again.

Most publix I have bean too are pretty friendly stores and they prepare your sub and/or food how you want it, at least I should say I havent made any crazy demands! Lol! Love the store. It can be expansive but they have what I want. They are also pretty clean, especially there bathroom 🚻. I am not a big fan of there produce. Not many sores have great produce all the time anyways.

I shop at Publix, when I can. Recently I stopped in looking for a few items that I cant find anywhere else, this time they didnt have any either, at the location I went to, but a different publix did. I didnt like that I had to Travel to another store, in an area that I wasnt familiar with, but I had to go the area for something else, so I looked up publix, and found what I wanted. It all worked out.

Publix is King of all supermarkets. It has anything any brand you are looking for. I like their tasting parties.

Haircut was decent very fast and didnt see the slight trim work and taken down of my sideburn as I told her not to but other than that worth the trip

The Boars Head sandwiches!!! And the bakery is well kept. The checkout lines are usually long but they seem to move quickly.

I love this publix. Its my favorite one in town. The one on Cherry road, probably because of location feels like a hugely public place, whereas this one feels more like a neighborhood grocery store.

The thing that makes this super market different from others is how HAPPY the staff seem. The store is immaculate, and well lit. There are a great selection, ind often there are BOGO (buy one get one) specials. Great place to shop if youre not on a tight budget.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I went in 20 minutes before closing and ordered a sub. They were already preparing to close and putting away the food but the lady was more than happy to make my sub. Her name was LaTisha and her service was exceptional! She even did an excellent job making my sub look delicious and made it exactly how I liked it!

I went in to inquire about cherry stone clams and Joshua told me he could order them. I received a voicemail from him on 12/12/20 telling me he ordered them and I could pick them up on 12/23/20. Well, I go in this morning to pick up my clams and Joshua tells me they were never ordered!!! I have him on my voicemail confirming my order for pick. So now my dinner plans for Christmas Eve are ruined!!!Thank you very much for letting my family down. I picked Publix because I like the store and thought they were reliable. My mistakeNever again!!!!

I visited the deli. I apparently had a new employee who was unaware of what she had to do to give me a baked chicken meal. She had to consult two or three people, one who finally said he would just cut the chicken for her and put it on the plate. She did not know that I had a choice of bread and gave me a roll and also she did not secure the container. I think this employee needs a little more training. Other than that the visit was fine.

Thought I had bought1 adapter. I got 5. Must of been 1 package. Great deal. Better than expected.

If you order a cake from here, get the time in writing and document everyone you talk to. I was supposed to pick up a cake at noon for a 1 oclock party. It wasnt even started when I got there. Whoever took the order put the party time as the pickup time even though it was verified over the phone to be picked up at noon. Their response, I dont know who told you that and then some unintelligible mumbles.

Through this entire plandemic, I haven’t had any issues not wearing a mask anywhere until I shopped this store today! The lady working the self checkout actually IGNORED my first request for assistance. When I put my hand on my hip and looked at her and repeated myself she begrudgingly came within 10’ of me to walk me through the issue. The state is OPEN! Because of HER behavior, I doubt I’ll shop this location again.

Dear Publix Management, be aware of whose bagging the grocery.If they do not like to be around people in general (wont greet, seem irritated and attempts to put all items in any bag) they should not be on that detail.Publix relations goes a long way.

Que (Deli) is PHENOMENAL!!!! He is so nice!! Always gives the best product and has a smile on his face. I love coming here just because I know he’ll take care of me! Thank you Que for always being someone so polite. Really makes coming to Publix worth it! Lay is also very nice too!!!

I love this Grocery! The people are so amazing! It shocks me everytime! Shannon and Brooke have both, on separate occasions, been so kind and genuine. The quality is great as well. When I relocated from Atlanta I struggled to find a grocery store that I loved like the Kroger I went to there. This store however surpasses them by leaps and bounds! The deli makes a yummy boars head corn beef sandwich that I am totally over the moon for!!!

Wont be coming no more!!! I ask the deli KIDS to repeatedly slice my meat thin they just ignore me and give me thick cut disgusting meat!!!! I will be tagging publix on all social media networks. This has to stop!!! Publix in Florida service is excellent. Have no idea whats going on with this store!!

Don’t ever get a sandwich made here. Just nasty...don’t change gloves and touch everything while making your sandwich.

I love this store. Such a greater variety of meats that usually cannot be found in other grocery stores. Love watching cooking shows and I know I can go to Publix and find leg of lamb or duck breast, among other special cuts of meat. The produce and seafood are always fresh.

Amazing atmosphere

The staff is very helpful, but unfortunately they arent offering the kids free balloons from customer service anymore. My 2 year old LOVES balloons, getting one when we go here had made Publix one of our favorite stores. Now I have to explain to her every time that they dont do that anymore, she gets so disappointed, and so Ive been avoiding going. They do still offer other things (stickers, a page to color on) but its just not the same

The staff here are amazing! They are always friendly and helpful, but not invasive.The food is high quality, and the store is well kept.They have lots of sales, but no loyalty cards.They have a self-checkout option, but there are also cashiers available at all times.If you go during the day through a register (not self-checkout) they will offer to take your groceries out and load them in your car for no additional charge. And they usually give you a coupon that you can use the next time you come in.

Price your items correctly!

This store is definitely a one-stop-shop. They stock all your food and household items you would expect a store to carry. Items are always well stocked and easily found. Customer service is the best of all supermarkets in the area. Always seems to be enough open parking in front to make easy entrance and exit. Checking out is a pure pleasure also as employees are well trained and courtesy.

The Publix store in Rock Hill SC on Heckle is AWESOME!!!! I would recommend that everyone shop there. The store is always clean, the employees are super nice and helpful. Big shout out to the young lady (Jessica P), she was able to assist me with all everything I was looking for and answering all of my questions with no hesitation.

I do not understand the Publix Business Model. There is a vast array of ready meals, soups, food | salad bars so appears they are catering to the lunch | dinner time crowd creating peak times when traffic is heavy yet invariably, they will have two lanes open - one for ten items or less and one for all others.The response I got today when I am one of six waiting for assistance in self service was people do it.People do it is your idea of Customer Service or an appropriate response?People have no choice but to do it - that does not mean they WANT to do it or LIKE to do it.Publix employees are falling over each other asking you if you found everything, taking groceries to your car... Redeploy those folks - we all KNOW how to take groceries to our car.ZERO Stars (but they make you give one?) for the flippant response from the Publix Employee, the wait time and the business model. I am a huge fan of the soup and deli but just ok is not ok. Heading to Food Lion where they check me out, bag my groceries and separate the cold foods in different color bags!
