AMAZING WORK! Im picky and like the job done perfectly. I can assure you that the guys at Lanes Interiors & Floors do a fabulous job. We had them install carpet, tile floor, LVT and a custom design tile shower. I recommend them to everyone!

We are Extremely pleased with our new floors!! The Great room and Master bedroom look Terrific. Our carpet was old and the sub floor had water damage from bad windows that were changed. It was a major job and took longer than expected but it was done right. Shawn was great to work with. Benjamin, the fellow that installed our floors was the hardest working person we have ever seen. Our home looks completely different now and we are Very Satisfied Customers.

We had a gentleman come out and do measurements for a quote on replacing our upstairs carpet.. We also had Outlook come out for a quote also. After 5 days, and not hearing back from Lanes, we went with Outlook Flooring, who provided a quote in 3 days. I guess 3K is too small a job for Lanes. I just wished they would not have wasted our time!

Gary came to my house gave me an estimate. I was told approx 10 days to 2 weeks all was installed way ahead of schedule . My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the professionalism and fine workmanship . The installers work was very neat and clean, the man did not stop for a minute, he moved all the furniture and placed everything back to its original place. The price was very fair, the wood laminate floor that was installed is a perfect match to the existing rooms . Gary was able to eliminate a threshhold so the installed floor just blends in perfectly. If the ratings were 10 stars I would rate everything at 11. Please note that I am not an individual that gives out high ratings, unless you earned it and they most certainley did. VERY VERY HAPPY.....

Installed defective carpet. Installation was terrible. Visible seams, messy corners. They did not clean up. They had to come back and do it all again. Wanted to delay over a month. Took some pressure to get them out in two weeks. Then they sent a nasty letter demanding immediate payment. Will never, ever use again.
