I think this location has pretty good customer service. They greet you as soon as you hit the door which is appreciated. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they need more of a selection of shoes. It seems to be getting more slim pickings with each visit

Nevah was awesome!!!! She went above and beyond to assist me with my son shoes!!! She called other stores to ensure I got the size I needed! Nevah was very friendly and professional as well as all the other staff members!!! I highly recommend this Dave Lyle location of Rock Hill S.C.

Salespeople don’t know the difference between a running shoe and a hole in the ground. What ever happened to customer service? Al Bundy could do a better job than these clowns.

Guy named cortez made me hate this place. Use to buy all my sneakers there,but this butthead ruined it! He was so lazy that he would not go to the mall office to pick up my order for two days, he also tried to inform me that I was to stupid to understand emails that were sent to my phone, and had better things to do than help me even in an empty store. The only reason that I even got my shoes is because I went to the office and picked it up myself. Hate it good store ruined by bad people, hope he learns some work ethic soon or he will run away customers.
