Visited on September 12, 2021@ 9:am: Lady behind the counter did not want to be at work that day. Terrible attitude. Overcharged me ($2.20); did not check price on shelf; did not give me a receipt. Absolutely terrible customer service!Will never shop there again.

Fast service. Nice variety

You moved some really great staff from Celaneese and Mt Galant to this store which is 2 exits further but we stopped this morning just to say hey and they will both be missed...friendly, organized and just generally nice people...even gave my grandson a hug...

My Experience At This Location Was Very Pleasant, The Woman At The Register Was Very Kind, Friendly, And Warm. I Felt As If I Was A Valued Customer Even Though It Was My First Time Give Them My Patronage. I Will Definitely Return!

Come here in the morning often staff are extremely friendly and very welcoming. Store is clean. Third shift worker is awesome :)

Just left here I am highly upset! The two cashiers working wouldnt sale my husband beer because he had an ID (visa) (hes from Mexico & hes 40 years old) VALID & NOT EXPIRED! My husband also has his papers but not a state ID Yet. But thats besides the point.I Went To The rest room & come back out to hear both of them saying we cant accept that ID because its not from here.....EXCUSE ME?! I said wait right here I have his passport in the car. I left to go get it & then my husband storms out the store because of how they were talking about him & we left. Maybe yall should learn to hire associates that arent racist towards your customers. & This is the LAST Time I will EVER come here. We will take our money elsewhere. Thank you!

False advertising is NOT a joke. I have been in different Circle K Gas stations throughout the South, however I have NEVER received such crass customer service and when I was told in-store that they DO NOT participate in Circle K Rewards yet heavily advertise it across the building and at every pump... To say the least, I was deeply disappointed. And if youre still reading my review, as a side note the store itself is not well kept. So I would recommend finding another place to stop.

This is Circle K convenience store and gas station not Marathon gas as originally listed on Google Maps... I suggested a revision and posted a current photo... This store is clean, professional and above-average in that category... Conveniently located and high-density area, however somewhat difficult to reach as no entrance exit directly onto Main Road and having to pull into shopping center entrance and making a sharp turn..

Stopped in for a nice cup since its an easy in and out if youre going southbound on 77. Got to the register and the girl looked at me and said, no charge :-)

So done with this station. I have had 2 debit cards hacked in only a month. I know its because of this station. They need better surveillance. Im done going here out of convenience.

This place is a safe feeling place at all hours of the night. They consistently top the charts of providing the cheapest gas in the vicinity.

The bp down the road was closed even though it says 24 hours so we came here to refuel on our 900 mile trip. It was clean and most importantly open. The cashier was extremely friendly and made to sure to tell customers the specials on the items they were purchasing.

I love Circle K. Great gas prices and clean stores.But tonight as we stopped to get gas the female working was sitting on the ground outside smoking, I assumed on her break.As multiple customers approach the store she said something to them which I did not hear then I hear one customer say im sorry a couple minutes passed and the customer goes to walk inside and the employee yells hey no, you cant go in there until Im done smoking my cigaretteShe then comes back out to smoke again (now weve only been here about 10 minutes)And a customer sits with her while another customer goes it without her in there... But everyone was made to wait before????Either way Everyone is entitled to a break, and if were not allowed to go inside then you should lock the doors but personally I feel like when you have multiple customers pulling up you should put out your cigarette and come finish it later. A lot of us have places we need to be, need to pee and dont want to sit around at quarter to one in the morning to wait on you to finish your cigarette

I will probably never go back in this location. The young female working this evening was very hateful and unprofessional. I laid my items down where I was, by the register and the donut case, and walked out, stating that I wouldnt be spending my money with such a rude employee. I wish I would have gotten her name but she looked to be mixed (possibly black and Hispanic), in her 20s, about 55, and on the heavy side. She talked to my friends like they were stupid, interrupted and talked over her co-worker, and made it verbally clear that she didnt care that we were leaving. I have worked with the public for nearly 17 years and I have rarely encountered someone act this unprofessional and unnecessary. I ended up having to go out of my way, after already being on the road for 3 straight hours, and spending more money at another gas station. Theres a difference between having a bad day and a bad attitude and this female (I cant even bring myself to call her a woman or lady) had the latter. This has me extremely upset and I hope this brat of a little girl doesnt stay employed. I think Ive written enough, deeper details would make this rant even longer, but I am very unhappy. This happened July 5th 2017 at about 11:45pm

Stopped to put air in tires

Not the cheapest gas but, convenient and up until now the only place I didnt get gouged to put air in my tires. Ill be driving elsewhere for gas now

They have false advertising on their sign outside the fuel says one price and if you talk to her cousins monkeys uncle brother and fill out the form youll get it for that price Im glad theyre doing it that way because I found a new gas station thats giving me much cheaper price

Got gas after work, total was $35.63...An additional $76 was taken from my bank acct. I call the store and was informed the $76 is an authorization hold. REALLY, Double the amount. Soo frustrating.

Nice staff but outdated policies and equipment. If you wanna pay by AMEX might as well keep driving. The Cicle K on Celeanese is far superior.

Went in to buy a &0.79 drink. The guy working was counting his drawer without saying anything. He continued to do so for about 5 minutes straight before I walked out. By then there were 2 people behind me. You seriously cant stop counting long enough to wait on customers.

The black female cashier with glasses and kindergarten-like speech impediment (blonde black weave with micro braids that looks like it hasn’t been washed in years) is the most unprofessional and prejudice person working there. Would not sell alcohol to me bc she “recognized my car and my girlfriend has an expired license” completely inaccurate and dishonest. Not to mention how the person in front of me was younger than I (26) and was checked out at the counter with a “Hey, what’s your birth date” by the SAME CASHIER! Circle K on Dave Lyle is ratchet and racist as hell. Will record it next time.

Staff is horrible. They carded my underage son who was with me while I was purchasing cigarettes for myself. Im forty years old. I have been a loyal customer of this location for ten years. That ended today.

Horrible customer service. Went in to buy a $1 scratch off ticket at 8:05, and I had forgotten my wallet. So I tell the lady, a younger black girl, that my fiancé would be back in just a moment to get it, since it was for her. So I walk out and finish pumping gas, she goes in and presents her ID to purchase it, and the cashier refused to serve her or even look at her ID. Her reasoning was that she knew she was with me. Rude. Cannot recommend to anyone.

Clean store. Good gas prices. Only down fall is the mens bathroom is out of order.

Gas pump selects higher priced fuel if you prepay inside. Not a good value. I tried twice to prepay & pump the gas for $2.38

Only a small bathroom. I like truckstops when traveling. This would not be a good stop with a family. They had a sign above bathroom clean but the mens was not that clean.

They never have coffee made nor do they have creamer in stock 90% of the time I have went here

Not sure how they justify labeling prices lower, then when they scan the item they charge you more then the advertised price. I avoid this gas station when possible.
