Seemed like a really cool guy he got me exactly what I needed but no receipts the only receipt I had gotten was writing on their business card other than that they called me when the part came in I would definitely recommend this place over fun mart

Please be careful when dealing with Loran. I was communicating with them via Facebook and eventually called. When I asked about the warranty and what it covered Loran became extremely defensive. Since the warranty doesnt cover much I asked if I could forgo the warranty and receive a discounted price, heres where it gets crazy. Loran proceed to curse at me and told me Id never find a deal better than his. I would rather pay extra before dealing with such people. Hopefully not everyone is treated in such manner

They were very great to work with ive gone there 2 different times and soon to be my 3rd to by a scooter I love that they are family owned and ran business they may work other jobs but dedicated to there customers I recommend them

Horrible place we brought our stuff there for like two years they said it was only gonna take a month and they all still all in the shop they are horrible at communicating and have always been rude they have had our stuff not wanting to give it back cuase they say we have to pay a storage fee when they chose to keep working and not giving our stuff back plus it took about a half a year for them to even start working on the stuff and they were supposed to deliver our stuff to us to bring it to another dealer and they never showed up(rated poorly)

Horrible place to go to. They are horrible at communication. They say they have many available and then they said taking orders. They had nothing for me after driving over an hour. Very very irritating.
