I bought a 20 flag pole from Regalia. I buy all my flags there as well. They are very nice people there. I love their products. If they dont have a specific flag they can order it for you. They sell other things as well.
I have previously had positive interactions with them. I bought a flag pole and a few sets of flags through the years. Today I went to replace my two flags, damaged in the wind storm. I was ignored for 25 minutes,as employees walked by . I guess Ill do my business with Amazon, rather than supporting local industries.
Their website is conflicting. One section states that their store is now open (after having been closed due to COVID-19). Another section on their website states that their store is still closed.I did not want to drive across the river to find out the store was closed, so I called them to find out. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and lacked manners and phone etiquette. After thanking her for answering my question, she simply hung up. Wow, what a witch with a capital, B! I wound up ordering off Amazon Where I received much better service than I experienced with these amateurs.I DO NOT RECOMMEND Regalia. Get actual service elsewhere.
