The morning before my sons wedding dress rehearsal, I turned my car on to get a notice that my key fob battery needed replacement. I had a coupon that was old but they were willing to let me use it. I drove there first. They quickly replaced the battery and I was on my way. The man who waited on me was pleasant. They also replace cell phone, flashlight, and have car batteries for replacement.

Brought my SAAB (which is unique in itself) here, was denied service at another auto parts store because of the “complexity”. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes and provided an O.E replacement!

As always, Steve Gibson’s Interstate Battery store in Rock Island IL provided, fast, friendly and professional service for me today. My truck wasn’t starting well. I stopped in without an appointment. I walked in the door and was immediately waited on. Within 5 minutes a tech was testing both batteries on my diesel truck. The tech explained the test and showed me the bad cells. I was then presented with several options / prices on batteries. I made my decision and the new batteries were installed properly, with care not to scratch my vehicle and the battery terminals were coated with a protective coating to prevent corrosion. This is normal outstanding service I always receive from this business. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. Wish I could give a review with negative stars. As soon as I told them that I have had nothing but trouble with a deep cycle battery purchased from them I got a whole new customer attitude (horrible)!! Had problems since day one, told me it was my boat. Had my whole electrical system tested (explained that) then I was talked to like I was an ignorant person. Took the battery somewhere else to have tested before I took it back to the family owned Interstate battery and was told the battery was junk! When I got back to Interstate family owned in Rock island I had a very disrespectful 10 year battery specialist tell me I didnt know what I was talking about and maybe I should find another battery manufacturer and they refused to warranty anything. I own 2 tractors 2 boats 1 Polaris 1 car 1 truck 1 suv, all with Interstate batteries. Ill put yard sale batteries in before I go back there again. I did call Interstate and they informed me with the same information they gave a person in another review (Johnny Cool). Read Johnnys review! Same situation.

I took my Samsung phone in to get a battery replacement and getting charged $75, but I dont believe that the battery was indeed changed out as it loses power as fast or faster than before. No way for me to check it so not very happy.

Very unprofessional & horrible customer service & their warranties suck! I had one of their mega ton battery not giving high crank start up when it was cold out & i brought in the battery and they put it on their battery tester and they said the battery was drained & kept saying my car was draining & i had my car check and everything with my car & charing system was good & even tried a different battery and the car would work great.so it had to be the interstate battery and even though it was still covered on warranty they refuse me a new battery & they did not even give a me a replacement battery while they charge my battery for 2 days & probley did not even test the battery for bad cells.so i called interstate main corporation & they cant do anythibf because they a family own business so their warranties are worthless with interstate baterries.so yeah never doing business with them again

Took our iPad in to have the cracked glass replaced. When I received it back, it was acting weird like buttons were being pushed. When I called, they said that it might be the way the glass was glued and offered to redo it so I dropped it off. After they had it for over a week, I called to check on the status of the screen being replaced. They said the screen was done but they were checking on another issue and it should be done within a couple of days. Three days later, I picked up my iPad and all seemed good until a few days late when the screen cracked across the iPad from nothing. When I took it out of the protective case, I realized that one corner of the glass was not glued down anymore at all and had lifted off of the iPad completely. I am extremely disappointed that I paid over $100 for this to be repaired not once but twice and its still broken. I will never use this service again.

I went there to get a new battery and asked one of the guys working to put it in. He had said yes at first and then gave me an excuse saying he couldn’t put it in and a mechanic had to do it. Went to a mechanic right after and he said the guy could have done it himself.

Bring in the ValPak coupon and they apply it to all batteries you need for watches.

The customer service is terrible the customer is never right at their store & i brought in a battery & they tested my battery and told me the battery was not holding a load and low on charge & my battery was still on warranty and they refuse to give me a new battery &they make every excuse to not give me one even told me they even said their batteries never discharge or their battery cells never go bad even if they sat for many years with out of use lol in that case nobody never would have to buy a car battery never again & they are a family own company just selling interstate batteries so their warranty is not with insterstate batteries so i would stay away from this rip off own family business
