Thank you for potentially saving my life! Cannot got oil changed anywhere else.

I go to Walmart all the time for tires and oil changes. I encountered a man named Bert this time. I had a small bead leak at 610 pm and he let me know how angry he was that I showed up so close to closing time which is 7pm. He handed me a paper and said down your info and I said I always give my number and they pull it up. He proceeded to tell me not today. Then he was very upset about how big our tires were. He never stopped letting us know we were a huge burden to him. I don’t remember the other workers name but he was fantastic and I let him know it! I need 4 new tires on our truck and I highly doubt I’ll be getting them here.

Were quick and reasonable price. Both employees we had to talk with were great.

Great people. Always have my car serviced there. I would have given them five stars but last time I was in there they needed help. They were backed up and overwhelmed. I will go back there to have car serviced.

Office lady is great but every time Im here it takes so long its ridiculous, even if my vehicle is in the shop it always takes more then an hour, techs are very slow and unmotivated

Needed a tire for my camper in a hurry I knew more than a salesperson could have found the tires $25 cheaper online but then again I didnt have to wait for shipping so youre basically paying for the convenience and it was well worth it

Was traveling through and check engine light came on. They were able to get me right in do services, give recommendations and get me back on the road quick. Bonus they were super inexpensive and even sell a gadget for less than 30 that gives the codes for the check engine light and stuff! Awesome service, super quick!

Got me out of a pinch when I lost two tires on a Sunday. Fast isnt the fundamental found in the shop but when in a bind you take what you can get.

Always courteous and professional I have never had a problem here. The prices are fair. The service may be a little slow, but its worth it when you save some money.

Lately, the tire department has been slacking. I recently brought my car in to get the tires rotated and had an estimated time of 30-40 minutes. It took 2 hours. Today, we brought in our truck to get tires mounted, time estimated was 30-40 minutes. It took 3 hours. When we got into our truck, it smelled like a pack of cigarettes. We do not smoke, nor appreciate the smell of cigarettes.

Went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They tell me I have a nail in my tire and it cant be patched and have to buy a new one and quickly offered their brand. The tire hadnt been flat or leaking air so I wanted a second opinion and had them put the tire back on. I took my car to another tire store and they didnt find any nail, only a little piece of metal embedded in the rubber by the stem. No puncture at all and they looked for 45 min. Nothing.

Really like the staff and service. They are not quick, but they are thorough.

Wow. Arrived at 6:20 they dont close til 7 but will not take anymore customers after 6. 2 other dissatisfied customers also. These guys need a manager down here or something to help them organize or hire or train or whatever they need to fix this. Whats the point in offering a service of you cant deliver.

I always get my oil change at Walmart prices are good and service is good.

Normally I dont give 1 star but this was redicilous. I am completely understanding of most situations. But this was super irritating. After checking the vehicle in for an oil change they informed me that it would be an hour. No big deal. Now 2 hours later I am still waiting.

Awesome customer service and they had my car done fast.

Took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change watching the mechanic throw a fit literally punching my vehicle because he couldnt get the air filter cover off then he threw tools across the bays. He tried to leave me a quart low on oil until he saw us watching him. Manager didnt even give us a discount when it should have been free! Horrible service!

This would be my second time writing a review for them. I wouldnt recommend going here no matter how cheap they are. I went to get my cars headlights sanded since they were really foggy and when we got the vehicle, I noticed that the paint around the headlights was also scratched. They either didnt put any tape, or didnt put enough tape so the sander doesnt scratch the actually paint of the car. I went and complained to them they were acting like if they didnt do it.

I love their employees and their service. Very helpful and quick with my vehicles.

99% of the time I enter walmart thru the tire center to do my shopping and checkout there for covienence factors.Theyre pleasant and courteous even on occasions when i have too many items to fit on the counter shopping trip.

The guys helped me even though they were closing! AND they were still super kind to me and my son! Very good experience, when i needed the help the most! Thank you!

Good prices and good service for a Walmart.

They broke a bolt off in my center cap and bent the other. Didnt say anything and let my wife drive home. Woulda made headlines if it popped off and hit a kid in the head. They said they would reimburse me for the two bolts if I found them somewhere else.

My tire had a screw in it and they would not fix it so I took a day off work and to it to a real tire shop and they fixed it in 15 mins screw this place

Slow, skips vacuuming during oil change.

Went to get tires on my vehicle, and when we arrived the lady at the desk said it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. We did all of our shopping and still had to sit for 2 hours. They are so slow, and we were there for about 3 and a half hours while their employees were out front of Walmart smoking.

The old bag Eileen is a very unpleasant woman who should never have been hired in the first place.
