Always spend more time and yes money there than I ever plan on doing lol. I was a little surprised by the changes made and lost hahaha. Things I usually purchase were moved around and some are now in clearance. I asked if they will have them in again or are they no longer going to carry any feathers. The associate had no idea. I paint feathers and create unusual unique dream catchers and unfortunately theres no place in Rock Springs WY that sells them. Its disappointing that the associates working in this location never know if they will continue having items or if they will be getting more in. This wasnt the first time Ive asked about something they sold and then didnt have the next time I went in. They always say the same thing I dont know!

The staff member took me right to the section where the item I needed was supposed to be. The exact item wasnt available but she showed me some alternatives and even steered me toward a more discounted model. When I checked out, I couldnt pull up the coupons so the staff member found a coupon I could use and I save a lot of money. Its a small store compared to others but the staff was great.

Great sales on yarn and a variety of brand, colors and weights. Nice store to browse in.

The selection of ribbons and buttons seemed limited. I had trouble finding what I wanted due to a customer standing in front of the button display for 15 minutes while her son played in another aisle. Checkout was pleasant and fast.

Employees were very helpful, but a bunch of things were out of stock with limited options.

Kids working here. Twice Ive been placed on hold over the phone with questions about merchandise. Went in physically to look myself and found no body there knows what is actually in their store. When I asked if they carried a particular product the person went to look and never came back. She was in the back of the store with her boyfriend. Crummy staff.

I have been a loyal customer of JOAAN for many years now and I have never been treated so disrespectfully by an employee. Your employee Guadalupe needs proper customer service training and anger management classes. I will continue shopping as I am loyal but I would hate to escalate this situation if you can not handle your employees. Have a great day.

Product selection is average, but considering the remote area it serves, it probably is better than anything else. However, staff are not consistently trained to handle situations that are not routine. I brought in an electronic gift card that I had used here in the past and not one person in the store knew what to do! I waited for about 20 minutes while they tried to find out, and finally had to just pay and forget about my gift card. I could tell everyone was relieved, but this really isnt acceptable.

A group of us waited for the doors to open today. We stood outside: two elderly people were very cold as it was raining and very windy. It was said to open up at 12:00, they didn’t open the doors until 12:06. And then the lady at the cash register(didn’t catch her name?) was so very rude to us.

I need more time to explore this store.

The Pharmacy is a 5 star. But Grocery has slowly deteriorated. Customers trying to get help find they are pretty much on their own. When finally getting a stocker to agree to help locate or check if item is available for purchase .finding employee attitudes make customers feel a need to take on a approach of becoming submissive,overly sweet to a point of begging and DEMEANING oneself. Being made To feel that if this transformation of begging wasnt used. Plan NOT GETTING HELP ! Because the attitude and response of the stocker, well, most any employee approached was blatantly irked to have been asked. Seemed obvious, that the more physical movement required, any assistance you may need, the irritation of being put out was OBVIOUSLY NOT something they were chosing to hide ! If you offer any assistance with knowledge of a much used product & where it might be. Instead of this being useful, they rudely brush you off, implying that they are the store employee, and customers are useless.(Once overheard one employee to another,within hearing distance of customer,referring to customers as uppity idiots)Whatever that is ??Simply asking if they knew if a product they wanted to purchase was available anywhere on shelves or waiting to be stocked,&If not too much trouble, just help locate. These attitudes are not rare at Ridleys. Not only experienced, but witnessed, both incidence several times .Not just average employees, more often mid & higher level employees. Once witnessed a clerk, after a elderly customer practically begged for someone to just check if store had a much needed product in the back, and if it would be available to buy, maybe even the next day. She explained,walking to the store was difficult, but if someone could see if in back and tell her when it would be on the shelf. She could walk one trip back. But was too difficult to make the walk again & not be available for purchase. After pleading several minutes. He finally agreed to look in the back. As I watched this pathetic incident. I realized, the SHAMEFUL young clerk. Had only went to another isle, where he was laughing & telling a fellow employee about this annoying ol lady! He left this elderly woman waiting for quite sometime.I suggested he may not come back .I asked if I could help in anyway. This trusting lovely woman was defending the clerk telling me he was a nice young fellow And would be back to help, as I went through check out, I told my checker about it. After describing him, she only laughed, saying everyone laughed at how lazy he was, but she was sure he would go back when he thought the lady believed he had been looking long enough and they were out! I was so sadly disappointed. And after loading my groceries, and driving through the parking lot. And drove into traffic. In my rearview mirror I saw this lovely confused elderly woman exiting the store empty handed. I just wished Pinedale had a second grocery store. The stats given in this review was for the great people & product in the produce and the EXCELLENT Pharmacy. Other wise I would have given -10 stars ! To Ridleys Market

I went in last night to buy some fabric for my daughters craft. After we picked our fabric we went to the cutting area . There was a lady named Guadalupe there. She looked right at my 5 year old and my self and looked away giving me a dirty look . I figured she would come help us either way . After I stood there about 10 min waiting I decided to push the call for help button so someone else could come help us . She looked over at me again, rolled her eyes and continued to ignore us . I was about to go look for someone else to help us but, she decided to walk over to us . Rolled her eyes in my face, didn’t say one word to us at all! Giving us dirty looks the entire time and throwing our fabric when done cutting it . Than walked away as if it was such a drag to help us/cut our fabric ? My daughter was so confused as to why she was being so rude to us for no reason !!!! Very unprofessional and disappointing!
