Highly recommend Unique Signs and Design! They took care of our little league sponsorship banners with very little notice and met our fast approaching deadline. The banners turned out amazing!!! Alright, I needed a sign done in a very short amount of time.So naturally, I called them and my first words out of are “can you make me a sign in a unreasonable amount of time”Without hesitation, Lyndon says “yes we can”Keep in mind, I didn’t tell them a day I needed it yet. I could’ve needed that sign in 30 minutes. And without hesitating they said they could do it.I told them I wouldn’t need it for about 5 days.They had it done in less than 5 hours after my initial call to get a quote.I made two calls, one to a competitor for a quoteand one to unique for a quote. I’ll save you a few minutes. The only quote you’ll need is from unique. Amazing crew, amazing quality. 10/10, I’d use them again.

They did work on my Porsche 911 4S, Range Rover and my Jeep. Awesome work, great customer service and the price was cheaper than originally quoted. Awesome place!!!!

If I could rate our experience zero starts I would. I had heard from several people that I shouldn’t do business with them, because of how rude they were. But I never listen to others opinions, I form my own.Back in December I had asked them to make a print of my logo for my back window of my vehicle for my business. After several emails back and forth with little communication, I went to their place, to swing in and see what was going on. They said the next day they would have it printed out. We don’t live in RS, so after a couple months of hearing nothing, I then called while we were in RS to see if we could pick it up. They said they still had not gotten to it, and that they would have it printed the following week AGAIN. After still no communication, (I have all the emails to show the communication), or rather lack there of; we got an opportunity to revamp our logo for our business.Today I called and asked if they had made progress. The person who answered was so rude and cut me off and asked if I just wanted to cancel it. I said no, I would just like to know where you are at with it, and when we can expect it. I was placed on hold. Then the phone was answered by JT, who told me they had no idea what I was talking about. That they created the first one, but then they didn’t understand why we needed a different one. Even though all of this was explained in several emails to them (which they obviously hadn’t read), he said he didn’t understand. I proceeded to explain to him that yes we would pay for the original design they had done, but as I had explained in our emails, or logo had changed and we wanted a different logo printed. He rudely interrupted me and told me he didn’t need my business and I could find someone else to work with. I asked him if this was how he did business. He said it didn’t matter how he did business because he had a big enough following, and enough clients, he didn’t need us. I told him I guess I should have listened to their reputation through others, because then I wouldn’t have wasted 6 MONTHS waiting on some ignorant person who had no intentions of doing anything for us in the first place. I told him I would be leaving a review, and he responded that my review or anything I said wouldn’t matter. He had enough business that anything I said, wouldn’t matter.I just hope this saves someone else 6 months of wasted time, and the interaction with someone who has zero customer service. Who tells you straight out, you mean nothing.I would use Pitt Stop Signs, or CJ Signs. So much for trying to stay local and support other local businesses.

WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Was trying to explain to the young man behind the counter the situation as to why I did NOT want them to work on my project and a very RUDE older lady, also behind counter, kept interrupting me. She really needs someone to teach her the meaning of customer service. And she became upset when I didnt want to speak her. Go figure. I dont deal with ignorant rude people who really should not be allowed to interact with the customers. There are many other companies here in Sweetwater County who know what professionalism and customer service should be. Steer clear from Unique Designs.

Unique Signs and Designs is a portal to land of imagination and excellence. You sense the tingle of magic as you walk through the door. It hovers just outside the senses as an aura you know is there but when you try to look at it, it slides behind you and leaves you feeling better than when you started. aThey have great artistic talent and a keen sense of customer service. Give them a chance to prove that magic does exist in the world.

Rude, Condescending and unreasonable. I have two trucks that i wanted wrapped and was told that they didnt have time for walk-ins any more. If I wanted to have something done i needed to send photos with measurements of what i wanted done and they would get back to me. I was also told by the owner that the person i normally talk with was in the middle of a job and when they stop to talk to customers they dont get anything done. Needless to say Mr. Owner that your customer service stinks.

Supportive and creative! These guys have done amazing things for our community working hard to assist the local organizations that have come to them for help with things such as banners, plaques, heat pressed shirts, and much more! The two tone they put on my Jeep saved the paint from rock chips after being sand blasted by Wyoming Roads. There is a passion that these men have to create a unique design custom to anyone’s personality! Great job guys! Thank you for all you do!

I received a bench these guys wrapped as a gift and it is so beautiful! Amazing design and so well done. I can’t wait to get more from them. I love following them on Facebook and watching the videos of their larger projects- such an awesome job guys!

Incredibly easy to work with, prompt service with the stickers for our website, and helped us with a great design. Very talented and kind group all around.

Unfortunately Unique signs does not stand behind their work. They did a repair job at a local Nissan Site 3/27 and on 7/2 I receive a call from the dealer that the sign didnt hold up. When I called Lyndon to ask him to revisit the site and fix the sign I was met with resistance and refusal to go back to the site. He said that he offers no warranties on his work. Even if there are no formal warranties I have never worked with a company that has refused to stand behind their work, especially since it was only 3 months ago!! He claims that this is the first time he has had trouble with a customer, but with the service I received I find this hard to believe.

Totally professional. Incredible designs. These guys can make ANYTHING look great!
