We just used Paradise to complete the flooring in our basement living area. This was our first time purchasing flooring but the guys at Paradise made it very easy on us. They walked us through the do/donts of carpeting over concrete. We have had the carpet installed for a little over 2 months now and still love it. It is a night and day difference to the carpet installed by the previous owners in the adjacent downstairs bedrooms (from big-box store). I would recommend going in and speaking with them to make sure youre getting the right type.

We have had numerous floors done by paradise flooring. Carpet lvt and everytime it has been such a pleasure to deal with the sales reps in the store and also all the installers. Everyone has always been very polite and professional from start to finish while transforming our house.
