Do not waste your time in there. Better yet, do not even waste a single breath talking to these people. Dillon and his coworker have no idea how to do their job. I tried paying my bill on my mother’s account & they denied me because me paying my bill is considered a violation of my mother’s account info. Some proper training & drug testing would do this place good.
Jeremy was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional! He understands that the customer is ALWAYS right!!! He gladly upgraded my phone for a second time in less than 24 hours! Dillon was awesome helping me with the initial upgrade. I came back 24 hours later regretting that the upgrade was not up to my expectations. Jeremy understood my situation and immediately resolved the issue by upgrading my phone to the phone of my dreams!!! Thank you Jeremy and Dillon!!!! You two make a great team!!!
The will sell you a cell phone. Anytime you have an issue you have to call the Verizon customer care, be on hold for an hour and maybe get your problem solved.. All they do is sell high priced phones no support. I am disconnecting my service with them and am going with Union. I am also making a complaint with the better business bureau. Their insurance on phones is fraudulent.
We went in on a Sunday afternoon, the staff was very polite and helped us with everything we needed that day. Thank you so much for the great service and time.

I am from South Dakota. I had a problem with my phone only a month old,the woman that called me into store she was more concerned about what I did to the phone,because my screen was black,but push button turned green...she stated that the only thing did to cause this issue was I had dropped it in water, my phone duh water resistant and in otter box and VERY RUDE THIS ENTIRE TIME (SNOOTY).Now Im assuming she was some form of mangement because she kept saying her store...Now instead of actually listening, and taking the time to do so...or even wonder ok this person going back on the road traveling alone without a phone working. NOPE SHE POINT TO WHAT DIRECTION I COULD GO BECAUSE SHE WAD A INDEPENDENT STORE......THANK GOD FOR GOOGLE & U TUBE ☺ I GOOGLED my phone...or sent me to a u tube video.... And fixed my issue..... Never will I reccomend that manager or HER STORE
I had gone to another dealer by Albertsons and had the worst experience ever and almost gave up on Verizon because of them. I decided to try these guys and was glad I did. Jeremy was very patient and determined to meet my needs.

Very Bad Customer Service From the woman who works there, I literally had to beg her to be a customer. Im sure I could have gone to a different store but they were the only ones with the phone that I wanted. Shes very rude, dont want to listen..tried to get more money then what was supposed to be. Didnt want to tell me about my new phone.
Okay, we came to the store in hopes of getting assistance with setting up a brand new phone easily and quickly. That did not end up happening so easily. We Asked for assistance and the new girl went and did her thing, asking us questions but she was leaving out one very important thing, was the phone already set up with a SIM card? She had not asked that at all. After a while the manager came over and helped her with a few things, also not asking questions at all. They asked us what number we preferred, we were both confused as to why they asked us this Because my husband had set the phone with a certain number and it had its SIM card in it already (little did we know that had happened) We went along with it, thinking we were just changing it for some strange reason (little did we know they added an extra line to our plan!!! Neglecting to tell us this! They also get more money if they add phone numbers to customers plans.) after all that, they swiftly took out the SIM card on the Phone, without asking questions, and Inserted another saying that it will cost us $10. I was very confused on why they took it out in the first place, we had a phone number on there and they didn’t say a single thing to us! They could have easily looked at our plan since they had gotten onto our account online. We paid, and left the store. The night of, we discussed this with with my husband and he said he had already called Verizon and made pre arrangements with Verizon to have this phone set up with a certain number. We were so angry and upset with what had happened. We came back to the store the next day and the manager had the audacity to tell us that she had told us everything (WHICH WAS A LIE) she offered to take back the SIM card and get a refund but what was the point of that? She denied everything and went on. She said that our SIM car was dead!! How could a SIM card be dead if it’s new? She threw it away immediately! This experience was disappointing, dissatisfying, and anger-filled. I highly recommend not coming here, at all.
Store hours started at 9 today. Got here at 8:30 to be first in line and nobody here yet at 9:20. Will let you know how late they get here.

Britany was overly patient with us when we are trying to set up new phones. They did an amazing job and answered every question we had even if we had to ask more than once to clarify.
Don’t bother going. Can’t open on time and when they do they can’t do their job!

Visited on 5/16/2017. I walked right in, the guy working helped me get everything I needed and was very polite (I dont remember his name but he had an R2D2 phone case). He got me everything I needed and the store was clean and orderly. One of the girls working was a brat because it was her birthday and she wanted to leave but the guy helping me with my purchase was great.
The little girl in there is rude and refuses to honor a product they sold that was life time fill up

Employees dont know company polices and tell you the wrong things and wont stand behind their mistakes. I would rather drive to salt lake city to a real verizon store.

The staff at this store took a couple hours to activate my phones and then they set up the activation fee on a sub account without informing me and I never got billed for it and Verizon sent me to collections. I would not suggest anyone go here for Verizon service unless you want to have your account screwed up and get a collections account on your credit bureau.
They helped me with my questions and concerns. You might find a little bit of a wait time though.
