Bought the wrong type of juice when I went in on accident and called 2 hours later to see if I could get either a refund or an exchange on a different type of juice. Bottles havent been opened or tampered with and I was told they would not take the juice back at all. Terrible customer service. Shop carries all the products customers do not want and never has any products customers actually want in stock. I would recommend going to up in smoke or any other establishment before trying this Shop.

Amazing person in the front that helped me. Helped me with literally every simple question I had and complicated questions too. He even showed me how to use a vape and helped me choose every single item that I wanted. He chose the perfect juices, device, and even gave me extra batteries because I didn’t want to buy a charger at that moment

I dont understand why a forty-year-old woman can come into this store and not be able to buy the juice that shes looking for. Because she was asking her daughter over the phone... who is 22 yrs old.. which juice she liked. The kid that was working was very rude and dismissive because and over heard our conversation and decided he would not sell me the juice I was trying to find. Because he could not verify it was for me. I am trying to quit cigarettes. And chose an alternative method. And this is how I am treated?? Seriously??

Living in rock springs, I choose to only go to this vape shop for the friendly service and great selection of juices. All the employees are very friendly, kind and helpful. Every time I go in to this store it brightens up my day because of employees smiling faces. This vape shop is very clean and well organizied. No sampling juices to see if you like it. No return policy. I bought a set up, didn’t like it, and tried exchanging it the same day with no luck. This is such poor customer service. I would definitely not recommend this shop.

I went in to buy a coil. They didnt have any in stock. One of the guys was trying to sell me a new mod. I declined. He then suggested I buy a new tank. I declined. He asked to see my mod, proceeded to Jack around with all the settings and now it is totally inoperable. I called the store and said Id like to bring it down and restore it to the settings I had. I was informed that the Bozo who jacked it up had went back to SLC. Im furious. Are they that desperate to sell mods so they resort to destroying the ones you have?
