Remind me to never go there when its close to closing time the associates turn into real monsters they will literally bite your head off! Luckily Im not afraid of monsters. But other than that its a great store.

There was no sanitizing wipes at either entrance and no paper towels in the front bathroom. I informed the lady working at self check-out and at the customer service desk. No one seemed too concerned. I had to go out to my vehicle in the cold and extreme wind to get sanitizing wipes to wipe down not only one, but two carts and an electric scooter. We were there for over 3 1/2 hrs and there was still NO paper towels in the front womens bathroom. I overheard someone tell a manager and they finally called for maintenance (our whatever you theyre called) to fill the paper towels in the womens front bathroom. So it did us no good to tell them 3 1/2 hrs earlier, because it was never done.I realize there is an air blow dryer, but there is proof that they spread more germs and do more harm than good. With all the Covid-19, not many want to use those.As far as the rest of the store, it was for the most part ok. A lot of empty shelves with only one or two of some items on the shelves, but we realize all stores are having trouble getting loads in right now. We live almost 2 hrs away from the store and when we go in, its 3 separate families that go. We spend an average of $250.00-$650.00 approximately once a month. So we like to be able to go into a clean, well stocked store. Its really disappointing when you only get to purchase about a third of your grocery list...I hope this helps, because with Covid-19, the sanitizer wipes are a must at the doors.Thank youShelley Rogers-David

It is a very busy place,we went to park around back at the auto service area to make it quicker since that side seem to always nobody there. You can also choose to go pay there since they have cashier there too. Staffs are wearing mask but alot of the customers didnt.If youre looking to fill youre five gallon jugs its by the soda and water area. Once you paid and you need to get out you do need an associate to open the lock on the door so you can exit.

Im a Front End Team Lead for Walmart and I would say we do the best job for our customers and associates. I think we have 1 of the best staffs and great management. We do our best to help customers with everything we can.

9/7/21 My wife,son &I blew out a front tire on the interstate at 80 mph. Made the trek into Rock Springs ( 25 miles) in tough shape. Doug, Myrt ( spelling ?) And crew in the auto dept. Jumped right in & saved the day. Doug was reassuring and very professional. Got us back on the road in 30 minutes. Well done !! Very refreshing to see this type of service these days. Thanks again

For once Im happy with Walmart.. I honestly rarely go to Walmart because of various reasons however I needed to go today. We found what we needed and were able to get through all the Isles of the store without being blocked by a bunch of pallets over stacked in them. It was actually nice for once. 😊

Pharmacy went above and beyond to help me achieve what I needed. Walgreens wouldnt give me any info at all, Thankyou Wal-Mart

As someone from Colorado, I didnt expect to see a drastic change in prices here. I know Wyoming has less taxes, but some things were 30% off from Colorado. Great staff, patient self checkout attendant, 5 stars for me while visiting here.

Convenient, large parking lot with many RV and trailer friendly parking spaces, well stocked, clean. Only complaint was that auto center did not have any tire air pump access I could get to for self-service.

Has much more than the average Walmart providing anything that you may not be able to find within a great distance around.A must stop for anything you might be missing.

They have new ADA electric shopping carts with % charge on them so you can tell its truly charged up. I wish Wal-Mart would keep more cashiers at registers, they are so much faster than I can ever be at self checkout. With 50% more RVs on the road especially in the summer. The RV Isle should be kept full and expanded.

Arrived after having a tire blowout on our trailer on Jul 29th requiring replacement of 2 tires. The on duty service manager and his 2 techs did a very good job in order to get us back on the road and continue our trip. We were fortunate to have been going through town and able to receive the service we got. Thanks to the auto service department for all their help.

This one is actually clean and had stock on the shelves. There were even 4 or 5 check out lanes open. Yay! I didnt have to use the self checkout area for no pay. I will be back when its not so busy the next time. Lol

I purchased Moto Power, a phone they sell in the store. But they dont carry a protective case for it. They have tons of cases for phones they sell.. pretty stupid.

I dont like that they are not open 24 hours day but they are the best place for good quality goods for a low price they have been having a hard time keeping items on the shelves

It was just okay. I only needed a couple of things but they didnt have the shelves stocked or the freezer. It is a store that has very few employees and most are not very friendly. I love the greeter there and support that they hire handicapped. He is a reason to go there.

Service is great, and they allow truck parking, but stay away from the dirt lot, its very tough to navigate, and has enormous potholes. Other than that this store was great

Very clean location, ample truck parking, well informed associates. The staff was abundant, and the only drawback was my salad wasnt fresh but later in the day, I guess it comes with the territory.

Wow! New leader in the WT Supercenter Series taking over from one in middle SLC and another in Arkansas! I go to them all over the country. This one and its clientele were surprisingly raunchy. Too close to SLC? LOL

Not a local, just shopped at this Walmart while visiting family. It was a miserable windy day and had just purchased a full length mirror. I had it in my cart and a strong gust of wind came and blew it right out of my cart across the parking lot, shattering the glass. It wouldn’t fit in their trash can they had outside by the cart corral so took it back inside and decided to see if customer service would be willing to let me exchange it or at the very least dispose of it for me in a larger trash receptacle. Well the lady was very nice and understanding and kindly took the shattered mirror and even issued me a refund on a gift card so I could use it at a regular checkout and not have to walk all the way back to the service desk and wait in line to exchange it. I’d say most Walmart’s have a bad reputation as far as employees go. They don’t go out of their way to ask you if you need help finding something you generally have to approach them. They don’t ever look happy to be there or even try and pretend for the sake of good customer service. And they’re slow and apathetic when doing tasks. This is just a general observation, it’s not everyone. But the majority of Walmart workers nationwide could take notes from this lady who helped me at this Walmart’s customer service desk because she did a good job of listening to the customer’s issue, understanding, caring, and resolving it. It wasn’t the stores fault the mirror broke, technically it was mine because I could have held onto it better but I had no idea the wind would blow it out. I’m always an advocate for those in customer service who make an effort to make it right for customers and go into situations with the “the customer is always right” (even when they’re wrong) mentality. That’s how you keep loyal customers and provide good service. Eating the cost of a damaged item is worth keeping the customer because they’ll continue to come back and shop and you’ll make what you lost back and then some.

They do not answer the phone, I tried to contact the auto department for 1 hour and 20 minutes, calling back 3 different times and on hold for 25 minutes each time waiting to get connected to an associate.

They had everything we needed during our trip.

I went to the deli to get a plate they did not have much left so I didnt know what something was so the lady serving me gave me samples so I could decide. Some people would have said there it is take it or leave it. Thanks

Great Walmart. The employees are pretty friendly and helpful. They are what really make the store great. Dont always have the best selection or what youre looking for, but usually pretty stocked in what they do have. Its a good Walmart over all.

Pick up for groceries. I appreciate the group of people that work in this area. They are friendly, helpful and can answer out of stock questions.

By far one of the best Walmart stores I have been to. They had a great selection of everything, and we were able to get some wraps and salads for our dinner. We also found some triple chocolate brownies that were so heavenly 😋

I was able to get in there really quick and get just what I needed friendly service and check myself out it was awesome I was on my way to work and didnt have much time to wait

Listen I dont ordinarily review Walmarts, seeing as theyre walmart and basically the same everywhere, but I was SO startled by how pristine and new the restrooms were that I had to leave a review. Either they JUST cleaned or theyre really picky about bathroom quality.

Very helpful young man call Brandon help me find a tire shop at 6:30 on a Wednesday night above and beyond Call of Duty for his job as he was walking around the parking lot.

Store seems low on items. Did care how the store was laid out. Went looking for some shorts but the whole front end is all womens. Didnt care to backtrack.

Very clean and easy to navigate. Lots of room in the parking lot for big trucks with trainers, always a plus!

I got some really nice nightgowns that were on sale

Arrived in town late and needed a place to rest overnight. Many Walmarts offer overnight parking although this one was posted, No Overnight Parking. I was exhausted so we decided to give it a try since there were a couple other RVs and cars parked for the night. It worked out well and we ended up spending $160.00 in the store the next morning. Thank you WalMart.

The Wal-Mart in Rocksprings, WY is by far one of my top favorites. Each register was ran by an actual employee & self check outs are not forced on the public! Everyone was kind a courteous. All the Wal-Marts across America need to take a lesson.

Good store. Had many of the things we needed for moving a first-time homeowner into his new house. Staff was friendly, too.

This is one of the cleanest, uncluttered, and well stocked Walmart that I have ever been to. My family and I were traveling across country and needed some emergency supplies. Not only were they open late (after 10) but it was a very nice store. Super friendly associates also helped.

Picked up some sub sandwiches for lunch and something to drink.

By far the WORST Wal-Mart Ive ever been to in my life. We waited over 30 minutes in electronics and asked for help 3 times, even called the store, rang for solid 5 minutes with no answer while Im looking at the the incompetent employees just ignore it. All the employees were rude and acted like it wasnt their job. All that to be told the $800 computer was out of stock. Then we go to the customer service desk to get number for manager for them to tell us basically to leave and they couldnt help

I know we have problems with road closures but the shelves all always empty either can vegetables, can cat food hardy has any at all also cat litter had 3 to pick from. This is the only store we have to pick from and the shelves are empty and the plus size clothes are awful there’s hardly anything to pick from because the space is so small.Please we need to start getting stuff stocked

Takes for ever to get waited on.Never anyone at their station always doing some thing else in the store even when they hadPlenty of help you had to go find someone to help you. Check outs are getting worse by the day, but never has been good.
