Today my grandmother was accidentally given a used router that had someone else’s security questions already programmed in. When she called she was transferred to a manager with a quickness and even though she was aggravated and at times, snappy, Will the manager was accommodating, polite and completely professional. Stuff happens, but the customer service made this an incredibly pleasant and hassle free experience!! THANK YOU, WILL!! You are a gem and super good at what you do!
If your looking for office supplies of any kind, youll find them here, BUT, you will also find staff shoving protection plans, loyalty plans and promotions down your throat. Everytime you visit you are insured to have these promos shoved at you and the staff that shoves more then the others are praised for harassing the customers. Awful corporate politics make this a store to avoid.

I’ve updated my review from 2 stars to 3 stars! I work nearby and usually run to staples for a quick print job. it’s a hit or miss. Recently placed an order for over 1000 business cards. I emailed the original logo, and files just so I could ensure the cards wouldn’t be copied and turn out blurry. Guess what, they are BLURRY and look horrible, I’ll be going back for a refund.Old review...Customer service on the floor is great. HOWEVER the print service is ALWAYS a mess. Have given many chances and nobody ever seems to know what they are even doing. Aside from that it takes days and days to get a simple project created. I have to repeatedly call to check the status of my order. Beyond frustrating.
Stacey in Print & Marketing was super helpful. He helped match our cards and made modifications until we got them just right. Sent us an email proof and followed up by phone. He also printed an example for us to view. Stacey was very helpful.
I had to wait 19 minutes at the copy/print counter and I never did receive my order. I finally left because only one person can work the print counter and she was busy. The other two people working in the store at the time couldnt assist me at the print counter. I left there without picking up my designed online, paid for, completed item. Ill have to go back eventually, deep sigh, but itll be the last time I do.
Bought an HP fax/copy/print machine there and half of the faxes sent werent going through or legible to recipient. I took it back after a month or so of frustration and they offered me another one of the same thing to replace it saying it was probably just a bad one. Here I am four months later and the second one is as bad as the first. I took it back to trade it out for a better brand only to be told by the employee that the sales manager said I would have to contact HP and let them service it or fix it because it had been more than two weeks that I had it. I run my own business and dont have time to send it in and wait to get it back. Funny how the first time I took it back it was more than two weeks and they traded it out.. Ill never shop there for anything else if this is as good as they are willing to back the products they sell.
Stacey in the printing area helped me resolve a time-sensitive issue by staying at the end of his shift and going out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of - and the next morning he delivered as promised as well. Stacey was very friendly and happy to assist me. I would recommend this location based on Stacey’s professionalism alone.

Copy Center cash register was not operational. Stood in another line, they were training a new employee. Asked me all kinds of questions. One ideam was not marked correctly. The employees were very nice, but slow.
The printing service here is second to none. Mary went above and beyond to help me with my project. Anywhere I can go and get something printed while Im in the store earns my vote. I will bring my business here everytime.
I spent 35 minutes on a transaction that should have taken 5. I dont necessarily blame their employees. The cashier apologized profusely several times, but their system is messed up!!! For a business that deals heavily in tech, you would think they would have the most efficient process. NOT even close! Arrgh!

Shifty service. Im still here, better part of an hour. Not one person has asked if I needed help. There is a full crew of at least six that I can see, and no service. If I didnt need the computer, o would DEFINITELY go somewhere else
