Wyoming Machinery is a great organization. They sell quality products and offer excellent customer service. I also think they are ingrained in the communities, and are working to improve everyone around them.

I was spoken to very rudely by a gal named “Karly” in the office I think she said she is a service writer. She used curse words on the phone and then mentioned a guy named “Troy“ who never called me back. I’m 83 years old and a lifelong cat owner through my ranch, my husband and I will call another location as others have recommended. No thank you

Hello I spoke with Troy in field service, let’s just say I won’t call you guys again. He can’t deliver, gave me fake excuses about he fired all his techs!- if you don’t want my business just say so. Their are private mechanics who will gladly pick up the work. This guy is an embarrassment and I thought it was a joke when he said he was the supervisor, I asked for his supervisor and he said it was a chick named Dallas that’s when I hung up. Spoke with Troy Wagstart in field services about replacing an engine in my D9 dozer, he speaks like a child and has no knowledge of equipment and seems to lack serious experience. I called Casper and got the help and tech that I needed. These guys don’t have any technicians, this branch should be shut down. Casper has enough know how to run the entire show!
