Great store good staff and great sales

Traveling from out of town. Went to Albertsons in Rock springs Wyoming. Had to go to two different cashiers. After waiting in line the cashier turned her light off and told us to go to another line, not the most polite person Ive met. After waiting in her line we waited in a second line. The cashier in the second line was also in need of customer service training, rude. Not to totally ruin our experience the worker in the deli department was super polite and courteous.

This place is amazing. The employees are friendly. The store is always clean and stocked.just over all an AMAZING PLACE. My husband has to always get the Snickers cake from the bakery. All I have to say is if I could give more stars I would give a lot of stars to this place

Nice neighborhood grocery with all the features of a big supercenter. Starbucks inside and meat cut to order.

Light went out. Not a fault of theirs but Manger was rude to people about it.

Very neat and tidy store, Well stocked. The girl at the customer service counter, (Cassidy, I believe, Shark tattoo on her forearm) was super awesome. Helpfully and kind.. Need more people like that in this world💜

Best grocery store I have found in Rock Springs, masks should be enforced but with these people you couldnt stay open... They are doing awesome! Organic selections, everything fresh, decent frozen section could use more but Im sure they cater to the area. Masks on all employees, and nice people.

I really like this Albertsons they have great cuts of meat and a superior cheese selection thats tip top!

It was ok. Maybe I didnt see it or well hidden but I did not see any ready to go food which we tend to get when we are on the road, which is a bummer.

Danielle was really awesome helping to pick out our Crab Legs will be back because of her.

Not my first choice for groceries but they have few things I cannot find any where else. Produce department is beautiful.

Their meat department is one of the best Ive ever seen they have great employees who are very helpful prices are a little high but its worth the product

Great store to shop at good customer service.

Its very expensive there. Go to Family dollar next door for basic items. Their bread and meats products are almost expired and will offer half price for them if they feel customers cant be rip off anymore.

We finally took the time to look around. They have an amazing fresh produce and meat department!!

We found everything pretty easily. Found even more than needed yet still forgot a couple items. Clerk wes very courteous. Would shop there all the time if it wasnt 150 miles to get there and back home.

My favorite products is the Lucerne products. This is the only place to find them. I also like the pharmacy there. They usually never are out of the medications I need. The only thing I dont like is there digital app. Even when I use the app I dont always get the killer deals and sometimes they dont even carry the product.

You cant shop here without a mask yet the other stores allow you to. Last time im shopping here. Everything they sell is expired anyway!

Yesterday I needed help finding something, and couldnt find anyone except Jessica in the bakery. I didnt expect her to know where the item was, or to leave the bakery to help me. Jessica, however, was wonderful! She went above and beyond and helped me look to make sure I hadnt missed seeing what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I will have to go to Smiths, but Jessica should be recognized for exceptional customer service.

Use to love,love this store!! But cant get out anymore due to bad health. For some reason cant get your app, locally to do regular orders.

Why would I pay the extra cost to shop with you if I have to be humiliated by having to wear a face mask when I am healthy and that multiple studies have shown do nothing about stopping corona virus. Guess what Albertsons, you just pushed me to shop online at Walmart for my groceries and have them delivered to my car. I cant say Ill miss you.

Could not get help from employees when trying to find an item

Three times now i have gotten the old bait and switch in which they advertise steaks for one price and when you get there they are 50% more expensive. IMO most likely they put just a few out at the sale price to legally get away with it and then have a whole bunch more sitting there conveniently that are very similar but more expensive. Once or twice can be an anomaly, but three times is a trend. I dont need to shop there. There is a Smiths in town too. On the positive side, the folks that work there are nice and helpful.

Good products. Giving one star because of poor attitude from employee. While trying to get down the oral care aisle the employee stocking had a cart in the middle of the aisle so I moved it and she copped a attitude. Its bad enough to have to navigate around employees and their carts without attitude.

The cashier named Guy does a great job. Ehrn I went in and a woman who wreaked like booze and was being rude to him He handled it very professionally. He kept calm and friendly and when the incident concluded he didnt mention a word about it to any bystanders... He just kept doing his job.

I love my Albertsons. I would rather pay higher prices...but I love their sales too, then to go to either Wal-Mart or Smiths. The customer service is amazing and the lines way shorter and for me thats a must!

Has everything you need. Pharmacy available also liqueur store. Had a fresh seafood deli style. Had need bones for your dogs. Have discount items as well . Fresh deli for sandwich meats and salads. Im store bakery. Had available restrooms for customers. Great deals in newspaper flyers.

It smells like a skunk died inside of the store. I went in a year ago to pick something up and remember it smelling bad, so Ive avoided it but I went back in today thinking it couldnt have been that bad. It turns out it was worse.

The people at Albertsons are really helpful. They are very kind and all smile and greet me. I really appreciate that . I notice the shoppers seem more friendly. I think its due to the nice atmosphere

This place ROCKS people! The department managers know the grocery business. When the other stores in Rock Springs fail time and time again, Albertsons will have it on the shelf. The staff always have a smile on their face, and when I have that Im lost-which aisle is it in?.... look on my face, an employee stops what they are doing and asks if they can assist finding something. Check out lines are always short, even though the parking lot is usually full, so they care about staffing this location properly. Really.... I cant think of any cons.

Great staff but the prices are higher than other grocery stores in town. However, fresh, quality, meat and seafood can be had here.

The butcher in the meat department was awesome

$5 for a box of cereal that is $2 in most places is ridiculous, but they do have good deals often for the meat dept and ice never had an issue with the service! Employees are really nice!

A bit pricey, but always a good experience. They always have registers open unlike walmart. Never usually a long wait.

Albertsons always has what I need,and the personal is polite and helpful 100% of the time,the only thing that I see as negative is their prices seem to be higher than other big stores
