I was in the Rock Springs Wyoming Downs last night with my fiancé and the manager lady was very rude to my fiancé as she must have assumed something about my fiancé that true. She acted like she was lying about the machine taking $1 dollar and I watched her put the money in the machine. The manager lady got loud with her and I noticed and said hey she put the money in there and she was very aggressive and mean talking to me also. Then she ended with saying that I shouldn’t be bringing my fiancé in her casino because she assumed my fiancé was impaired on something. I can’t believe this place can stay opened when people are treated like this!

It was nice! No one bothered me I was able to go in and relax well my friend played slots!

I really enjoy playing here, and find my visits to Wyoming Downs typically very relaxing and very peaceful. I want to say that Amber, Jeremiah and Autumn are truly exceptional when it comes to customer service. They greet me when they see me come in the door and bring me my usual (Diet Coke) as soon as they see me sit down. They make me feel as though I’m part of a big family being welcomed into their home, I only wish the other employees that worked there had half as much initiative as they do.

Very nice place. Staff is wonderful! Glad to see the useless woman manager gone. Go there often and never said hello or got to know us. None smoking and drinks are great!

Whenever I go to play some games here it seems Jeremiah is always there and has a great attitude. He greets me by name and is very on Point with customer service. I never have to ask for a drink and he is very consistent with making rounds and checking on customer satisfaction! High 5 Jeramiah!! You are the man!!

The ladies are amazing...but you cant win here. I spend a LOT of money and only get a $5 voucher. The machines never read your card and are always broke down, broke like us when we leave there.

Mostly quiet, friendly staff, no smoking and like any other slots you either hit or miss. Still fun!
