The man who answered the phone was very nasty. He needs to learn to talk nicer to people.
I contacted Volcic RV to try and have some warranty work completed on my 2015 Passport. The gentleman was very nice and stated that I needed to provide my VIN, model and a description of the problem. He said the only way they could complete warranty work is if they submitted it to Keystone and received a response. He expressed his concerns, stating that Keystone hadnt been paying claims. I waited the 48 hours, called back and was told they would check again in the morning. When I called today, I was told that Keystone wouldnt be paying and that I could either pay the dealer to perform the work or purchase the part myself and do the repairs.I called Keystone to see what my options were as far as being re-imbursed for the repairs. A lady took my VIN and told me that no claim had been filed. She put me on hold called the dealer. She stated that the first person she talked to immediately handed the phone over to someone else. They refused to give her their names, stating that they werent doing warranty repairs for Keystone as they felt they werent being re-imbursed enough. They never even attempted to file my claim!! I was led on for three days. The rep at Keystone said there have been no issues paying claims.This is discouraging that in a small town there would be such an dishonest situation. They could have simply expressed to me their views and I would have probably just moved on. Now Im glad I called the manufacturer.All people want is to be treated fair, and with respect. Shame on Volcic RV.
