One of the biggest problems with lincare is that they cannot keep their billing straight. I have had to call multiple times to make sure they understand there is no coinsurance or co-payment due. It is frustrating that this cannot be kept straight. Obviously they dont have enough employees or enough skilled employees.The office in Rock Springs does a terrible job fitting a CPAP patient with a mask. Their bottom line is to get you in and get you out the door whether the mask fits or not. This is extremely disheartening and I would urge everybody to look elsewhere for another supplier of these kinds of supplies.

Only driving and stayed in town for 1 night. Moms cpap wouldnt work, so we stopped in the next morning. They had it fixed up and working and had us back on the road. Thanks much for helping us avoid a disaster!

I wish I would have got the gentlemans name but the man who came to my house today was probably the most professional workers Ive come across in a while.he needs a raise. when you can tell that a worker takes his responsibilities seriously, thats the difference that will bring my buisness back, when and if I need services again. thank you for helping my son, lincare. hes happy and healthy.youre doing great.

I would zero star Lincare but that is not an option. Horrible customer service and highly questionable business practices. Beware.

My father is out of portable oxygen tanks. He is confined to his room on his concentrater.Lincare will not deliver anything until tomorrow because they dont have enough staff. Also, the only way you can talk to a person is to push #1 as if you are a doctor or a hospital!

No infant pulsocs monitor or parts. Took 3 days to get my sons sensors mailed from salt lake.

Worst experience I have ever had with a medical supply . Corporate needs to fire everyone here in Rock Springs! I will never recommend them.

They never bring or pick up supplies in a timely manner and you have to sit on hold for excessive amounts of time
